I am having trouble with my photoshop.  I got a new computer recently. I uninstalled my photoshop

from my old computer and tried to install the program on my new computer. It has now locked me out telling me it is still installed on two computers.  It was completely uninstalled on my old computer. Help.

All of my new music will not sycn onto my computer's itunes account. The itunes account is not even recongnizing my iPod. What do I do from here?

    RR,
Not to worry, you're not the first to expect Print to finish by returning you to the edit mode. The thing is that Printing is so hit and miss with this version of the app, you will probably want to stay in the Print window for more than one attempt.

  • Having trouble with Adobe X Reader in my new computer running Windows 7 64 bit.

Adobe X Reader is refusing to open from time to time on my new computer.  Uninstall and reinstall works sometimes but not always.  I have run all the normal checks on my system and cannot figure out what to do to get this application running consistently. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

As is is not a problem that always occurs, it will be hard to track down. How much RAM and free hard disk space. When this happens are there any other programs running in the background?

  • Trouble with Yahoo Mail in setting up new computer

    Hi.
I'm having this issue getting a new Mac set up with a Yahoo account. I already have another machine set up with a yahoo account in the Mail app working just fine. Then, I'm setting up a new laptop and I used Mobile Me to sync the new computer with the old computer's Mail accounts. One of them is a Yahoo account. When, after a long time setting up, the new machine can only get Yahoo mail up to a certain date. Any new mails will not be downloaded to the new machine. I can't figure out how to get these newer messages onto the new machine. I have Yahoo set to keep all messages. This is the first time I've had this issue. I'm afraid to delete the account on the new machine for fear of Mobile Me syncing to the older machine and deleting the account on it.
    Anyone have any thoughts?
    Antonio

Since a Yahoo account can be created and accessed as a POP account only with the Mail.app on your Mac, it shouldn't matter if you delete and manually recreate the account with the Mail.app on your new Mac. This will not affect all received messages that remain on the server even if the account is deleted with the Mail.app on your other Mac, which I don't beleive it will. You can temporarily disable syncing with your MobileMe account on the other Mac before deleting and manually recreating the account with the Mail.app on your new Mac and then re-enable syncing with MobileMe on the other Mac after doing so.

  • 2 iPODS with same exact libraries & got a new computer

I recently purchased a video iPOD and I also have a 60 GB photo iPOD. How do I go about keeping the exact same library on both iPODs? My old iPOD I would like to keep up-to-date as a backup.
My 2nd question - I just got a new PC. 99.9% of the music in my iTunes library is already on an external hard drive (it always has been). How do I transfer my iTunes library to my new computer? I assume that I just copy my iTunes library files to my external hard drive and then to my new computer and hopefully my external hard drive will still be recognized with the correct drive letter that iTunes recognized it from before. If the hard drive gets assigned a new drive letter, I know how to change it back to what my old computer recognized it before. My old computer's operating system is Windows XP and my new computer is Windows Vista. I wonder if that makes a difference. My old computer is a Dell Dimension 8250, my new one is a Dell Inspiron 530.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help.
    Linda

    Hi Jay,
Thank you for your reply to my question. When I went online just now I was pleasantly surprised to see that you had responded. Luckily I have my iTunes music on an external hard drive instead of my desktop.
When I first got the pop-up message about MusicMatch being discontinued I contacted Yahoo - at least now they reply. The one feature I loved in MusicMatch is definitely discontinued with the new Yahoo version - recording. They claim the new program still will get album cover art and that I supposedly am entitled to an "upgrade" since I had purchased MusicMatch Jukebox Deluxe vs. using the free program. I know that Vista and MusicMatch do not work (MusicMatch doesn't work with IE 7) so I will have to use something else on my new computer. My laptop still has XP so I will be able to use MusicMatch there. It is a great program and I will miss being able to use it on my new desktop.
    Take care,
    Linda

when I click on my Photoshop at the beginning  the welcome comes up and I do not Singh I click organize there are only two thing you can click on one organize and edit.
That is the welcome screen. You don't want to use it because it will always try to contact photoshop.com.
You are using windows, I'm guessing? Then you want to go into the program files. If you have a 64 bit version of windows it will be program files(x86) instead. Go to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Elements 10 Organizer to find the organizer .exe file (it will be called application instead of .exe in windows 7 or 8). The editor will be in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 10.

  • I am having trouble with rendereing my project using a windows computer

Whenever I try to render my project as I make changes or add new clips and hit the render button it will close the program and say there was an error.  Any ideas??

From the Premiere Elements Information FAQ http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1042180
•What version of Premiere Elements? Include the minor version number (e.g., Premiere Elements 12 with the 12.0.1 update).
•What operating system? This should include specific minor version numbers, like "Mac OSX v10.6.8"---not just "Mac"
•Has this ever worked before?  If so, do you recall any changes you made to Premiere Elements, such as adding Plug-ins, brushes, etc.?  Did you make any changes to your system, such as updating hardware, printers or drivers; or installing/uninstalling any programs?
•Are you using an account with Administrator Privileges?
Run as Administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 (Encore + "All" Premiere)
•Have you installed any recent program or OS updates? (If not, you should. They fix a lot of problems.)
•What kind(s) of image file(s)? When talking about camera raw files, include the model of camera.
•If you are getting error message(s), what is the full text of the error message(s)?
•What were you doing when the problem occurred?
•What other software are you running?
•Tell us about your computer hardware. How much RAM is installed?  How much free space is on your system (C:) drive?
    And some other questions...
•What are you editing, and does your video have a red line over it BEFORE you do any work?
•Which version of Quicktime do you have installed?
What is your exact brand/model graphics adapter (ATI or nVidia or ???)
What is your exact graphics adapter driver version?
Have you gone to the vendor web site to check for a newer driver?
For Windows, do NOT rely on Windows Update to have current driver information
-you need to go direct to the vendor web site and check updates for yourself

  • Having trouble transferring my complete library onto my new computer

hello. i am a fairly new mac convert and am far from what you would call a techy! i have a large collection of music from my personal cds and purchases etc. i was able to transfer all my music from my pc to my new mac mini last year without a problem. a friend gave me a very extensive collection of music on an ext hard drive and apple support showed me how to include and access all that music. it is too large of a collection to transfer into my computer. not enough space to hold it. i simply accessed it via preferences, advanced, etc etc and it updated my library w all the music in the drive. if the drive is unplugged the music is inaccessible but still listed in the library. perfect. so here is the problem.
i used the same hard drive and transferred my pics and itunes music onto t for transfer to the macbook. i transferred the music from the actual itunes folder which only contains my stuff not the hard drive stuff. in addition, the hd contains separate folders with the new music archive that was given to me. i transferred in my stuff.....no problem. i changed the source to find the music archive on the hd and it says please wait while we update library but nothing gets updated. none of the new music comes up in the library. it wont let me drag it into my itunes but if i click on the file in the hd it transfers it over and plays in itunes. i cant go song by song bc there r probably 50000 in there. all i want to be able to do is keep the music in the hd and play via itunes while only keeping my stuff on the actual hd of the computer. i should be able to have the complete library though and i should be able to transfer in specific songs or albums off the hd if i so desired. please help. getting ready to lose it!!!!

  • Trouble with transfering old songs/videos onto new computer

Not long ago my computer got a virus and I needed to reconfigure it and what not. As I finished, I installed itunes and purchased quite a few videos and songs that are now in my library. My question is, how can I transfer the songs and videos on my ipod into my current itunes library without deleting the purchased items already in my library. So that when im done i will have the same songs on my ipod in my library, so then my ipod will be completely sync'd with the library and i will still have the new purchased items too. Thank you in advance for your feedback and support!

Connect your iPod to your computer. If it is set to update automatically you'll get a message that it is linked to a different library and asking if you want to link to this one and replace all your songs etc, press "Cancel". Pressing "Erase and Sync" will irretrievably remove all the songs from your iPod. Your iPod should appear in the iTunes source list from where you can change the update setting to manual and use your iPod without the risk of accidentally erasing it. Also when using most of the utilities listed below your iPod needs to be enabled for disc use, changing to manual update will do this by default. Check the "manually manage music and videos" box in Summary then press the Apply button: Managing content manually on iPod
Once you are safely connected there are a few things you can do to restore your iTunes from the iPod. If you have any iTMS purchases the transfer of purchased content from the iPod to authorised computers was introduced with iTunes 7. A paragraph on it has been added to this article: Transfer iTunes Store purchases using iPod
The transfer of non iTMS content such as songs imported from CD is designed by default to be one way from iTunes to iPod. However there are a number of third party utilities that you can use to retrieve the music files and playlists from your iPod. You'll find that they have varying degrees of functionality and some will transfer movies, videos, photos, podcasts and games as well. Have a look at the web pages and documentation, this is just a small selection of what's available, they are generally quite straightforward. You can also read reviews of some of them here: Wired News - Rescue Your Stranded Tunes
    TuneJack Windows Only
    iPod2PC Windows Only
    iGadget Windows Only
    iDump Windows Only
    iRepo Windows Only
    iPodRip Mac & Windows
    YamiPod Mac and Windows Versions
    Music Rescue Mac & Windows
    iPodCopy Mac and Windows Versions
There is also a manual method of accessing the iPod's hard drive and copying songs back to iTunes on Windows or a Mac. The procedure is a bit involved and won't recover playlists but if you're interested it's available at this link: Two-way Street: Moving Music Off the iPod
Whichever of these retrieval methods you choose, keep your iPod in manual mode until you have reloaded your iTunes and you are happy with your playlists etc then it will be safe to return it auto-sync. I would also advise that you get yourself an external hard drive and back your stuff up, relying on an iPod as your sole backup is not a good idea and external drives are comparatively inexpensive these days, you can get loads of storage for a reasonable outlay.

Then pick Appearance and Personalization and in the next screen to the right of where it says Folder Options, click on
