i downloaded the ringtone 500.000 app and have downloaded but it is not showing as a ring tone on my iphone.

If this happen recently, then Reset the iPod by
Pressing Menu and Center Button for about 10 secs till the Apple Logo comes ON then release the buttons.
Select your language.
Check the sound.

Yes, the file extension is M4R. Does it matter where I save these files on my Macbook? I then opened them in Itunes and played them. I did find the Tones folder in Itunes but the Tones or Ringtones tab does not show up when I select Iphone (within Itunes). When I open the Tones folder in the Library, it is empty. Same here, I get no sound from videos, text messages. This happens for a while, then it works again then it doesn't work. When I go to settings, my "change with buttons" is on but buttons don't work. Basic troubelshooting steps have not changed in iOS 7. Restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new.

I just created my first Dreamweaver site and I'm having trouble putting it on the internet. My index page goes (minus 2 images) but none of the other pages go. I checked the site's links and there are no broken links. When I pull up the remote view, all pages and images are listed. Any idea why they're not online?

If they are showing up on your remote view, they are online. Chances are you just need to clear your browser's cache to get a fresh download of the pages/images.
If that doesn't do it, there are a few things to check...
Servers are CaSe SenSitiVe. INDEX.HTML, Index.html and index.html would all be different files to a server, but not your local OS. Links will work locally, but not on the server. Make sure your links exactly match the case structure of the file names they are pointing to.
Verify your server root directory (public, www, ht_docs, etc) IS NOT within your local site. You need to be transferring only the content of your local site folder (local root) to your server's root folder. If you have that server root directory in your local site, you may be uploading to a redudnant folder. Posting a screenshot of your expanded Files window (click the two square button) while connected to show the server next to your local files would determine if this happened.

Hey, I am editing a wedding in fcpx. I have three cameras set up. IN the middle of the wedding, one of my tracks jumps to different footage later of prior to the edit point. This is very hard to explain. It jumps when I choose the shot. Anyone who can help would be greatly appreciated.

I had the same problem with the Mighty Mouse. After two months of aggravation, my boyfriend took it apart to see what the problem was. It's actually glued together, rather than just snapping back in place. We figured out that the problem was that the ball got dirty (as they all do), but because the Mighty Mouse bottom piece is actually glued to the mouse, we weren't able to put it back together properly, even with glue. So, now the Mighty Mouse (after only two months of use) in the electronic recycling box and we are using a generic mouse. We had wanted to buy a wireless Mighty Mouse (love the placement of the scrolling ball), but if you can't take it apart to clean the rolling ball and it stops working, then it is simply bad design.

Having troubled with already purchased ringtones not appearing in the ringtone file of itunes not able to sync into iphone4 after installing ios5

the tones show in the music library and also in the purchased section, but in the listing of tones there is nothing. After sync with the Iphone 4 they do not appear. So to look I selected on selected tones and it only shows 1 of 15. How can I fixed this? either have the ringtones back into "image of a bell" tones so they can appear on the iphone as ringtones and I can select them .

Thanks for your response. I did restore to new location, drive J, and chose "maintain folder structure". So, the catalog and a complete set of my photos was copied to the new external drive J. However, the catalog is still linked to the original set of my photos that are still on drive M. Any ideas?

HT5569 I am having trouble connecting to my wifi. I put in the password (the correct password) and it tells me that it is the wrong password. I just purchased this iPad and cannot seem to get connected. My laptop connects with a pin not a password.

I just bought a iPad and am trying to set it up. I have WiFi at my home but cannot get on with my iPad. My laptop asks for a pin number to join and the iPad asks for a password. I enter the correct password and it tells me that it is incorrect. I have talked to my WiFi carrier and they tell me that they do not know what it could be. Can someone please help me figure this out.

connectng with a pin # will not work with the ipad. you need to find out exactly what the actual wifi password is.
pin and push buttons are used by wifi protected setup. which is an optional feture of WPA
here are some ideas
go to the routers home page (typically 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.1.254) and see if you can click on "show password"
get the manual out, it should have the default user name and password you may need to access the routers page
if your windows computer connects, then you should be able to right click the wifi connection and click on show password as well. this is somewhere in the properties page of the wifi connection
also with windows its a good idea to click on "save wifi connection to usb drive" this can be used to connect other windows computers and xbox game consoles as well
if your laptop computer is a mac book you can go to the keychain or icloud keycahin and reveal the actual passowrd as well.
look at the actual router it might have directions on a sticker on how to access the routers configuration pages
if you enter the wrong password on the ipad you need to forget the network and try again

Having Trouble with Get & Put buttons

I am trying to set up my first web site. I have finished
placing my first page on line. But now I would like to amend the
first page slightly by "getting" the page back so that I can change
it. When I select the full files page and select "get" nothing
seems to happen. I would assume the page or part of it would appear
somewhere so that I can work on it. As it is at the moment, when I
hit "get" nothing seems to happen. Can anyone help me?

You probably damaged the iPod, but try the usual steps: restart, reset, restore.
