What country are you in ? If you aren't in the US and the address on your account isn't in the US then try going to the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app on your iPad and tap on your account id, tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account, and then select the Country/Region section and select your country.

I am a resident of Ecuador with an ecuadorian credit card.I used to buy applications from the us apple store and updated them whenever updates were available with no problem at all. Since approximately a month,I am not able to purchase any new applicaton or update the old ones.Apple send me back to the ecauadorian apple store were there are almost no applications and where I can not even update the ones I have.
How can I solve this problem.? Before I was able too purchase applications anywhere in the world.This is absurd.
Can anybody help me please?

You can't, you will need to be in the US with a US billing address (and credit card issued by a US bank) and iTunes account to be able to buy/download from the US store - the terms of use of the US store say (and other country's stores will be similar) :
The App and Book Services are available to you only in the United States, its territories, and possessions. You agree not to use or attempt to use the App and Book Services from outside these locations. Apple may use technologies to verify your compliance.
If there are apps that you want that aren't currently in the Ecuadorian store then you can try requesting that they be added, but ultimately it's the app developers that will have to grant Apple a license to sell them there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

Read the steps carefully as the order in which you follow them is critical. Note that you can do this only when creating a new Apple ID. You cannot use an existing ID.
You will of course not be able to get anything other than the free apps without entering in some sort of payment method (credit card, prepaid iTunes card, gift certificate, etc.)

I downloaded a ringtone from Itunes and apple owned company to my Iphone4 and then followed all the instructions sent to itunes on pc and synced back to iphone still got squat. Why does apple need to be so hard for something so simple.

Followed all the instructions from "Help" boards, sent to itunes on my pc converted to m4r synced back to iphone and still got squat. I thought iphones and apple were supposed to be so user friendly? Any other phone you download a ringtone click on it "use as ringtone" and your done.

I would fully expect to see my level of effort and care matched by functional competence in Aperture 3 to render the book the way I created it. Too much to ask?
And yes, I upgraded the Aperture 2 Library first. [Not ALL my tens of 000s of pix, because I use Lightroom selectively for photo editing. But Yes to the Aperture 2 Library.] That step took a number of minutes, but seemed to work fine (no error messages of any kind).
Then I opened the existing book project in Aperture 3, which followed some "magic-box" process that took a minute or so. As I said, when that step was done, by all appearances the book was ready to submit for printing - until I examined the photos a little more closely. You did see the blurry example I included, didn't you? That is what each and every photo looks like.
Text-box content appears to have been rendered pertectly, for the record (including captions).
So, ... is this result something you have heard of before? Do you know of a one-step solution? Or am I looking at an extended picture-by-picture fix?

Having trouble synching contacts from ipad and iphone to iMac

Hello, I have an iMac with Yosemite and an iPad and iPhone with iOS 8 that are all fully updated. I am having trouble getting all of my contacts to sync to my iMac. They sync between the devices fine. After a lot of searching around I found that my iMac doesn't show my outlook account as one of my internet accounts for contacts. I get my mail no problem from outlook (hotmail) on my iMac. But when I try to set up another internet account on my iMac it doesn't show outlook as a possibility. I don't know why my ipad an phone are using outlook for contacts but they are and I don't seem to be able to switch it up. Any help would be very much appreciated.

I don't know much about sim cards (being a Verizon user), but having an iPhone 4S, mysteriouly having a SIM card slot, I notices a button in Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars that said "import SIM contacts. I'm not sure how you get your contacts in a SIM card, but thats obviously how you import them onto your new iPhone.

I am trying to install Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium on Windows 7 64-bit. Everything goes well until installing AdobeHelp and when the minutes from 20 minutes jumped to 200 minutes and freeze.

I don't know if you are on a personal PC/Mac or on a large environment. On my case I'm trying to use AAMEE to package and SCCM 2012 to deploy it over a considerable number of 64bits machines.
So, I have created a Deployment using AAMEE and one of the Exceptions was AdobeHelp. The command line that was provided on the Exceptionsinfo.txt after building the package is:

With the normal AAMEE package I will not be able to install all the Exceptions so I created a CMD file with a sequence to install the main MSI and then the Exceptions. To the provided command before mentioned I included the following:

My sequence goes well but then when trying to install AdobeHelp it sends an error that it can't find -silent and seems that it got frozen as it's still runing the installation as I'm writing.
If someone has any idea please share it with us as this could be an error on AAMEE with the command that it was provided to me after creating the deployment package.

Finger print not unlocking but works with iTunes and Apple Store

So I have been battling this same issue since last week. I cannot unlock my phone with the FP scan but it will work when using the iTunes store or Apple Store app. Is there a setting I am missing?

Congratulations on your iPhone 5s, and thank you for the details of the issue you are experiencing when using Touch ID. I recommend following the steps below for an issue like this (steps 2 and 3 specifically stand out to me for the situation you described):
Troubleshooting Touch ID
Ensure that your fingers and the Home button are clean and dry.*
Note: Cover the Home button completely. Don't tap too quickly, don't press down hard, and don't move your finger while Touch ID is scanning.
Tap Settings > General > Passcode & Fingerprint > Fingerprints and verify:
Passcode Unlock or iTunes & App Store is enabled.
One or more fingerprints have been enrolled.
If one finger isn't working, tap Edit in Settings > General > Passcode & Fingerprint > Fingerprints > Edit to delete and then reenroll the finger.
If that finger still isn't working, try enrolling a different finger.
If you are unable to enroll any of your fingers, take your iPhone 5s to an Apple Retail Store, Apple Authorized Service Provider, or contact AppleCare for further assistance.

Having trouble installing or uninstalling itunes

While trying to download updated itunes , it stopped working . There may have been a problem the hard drive being maxed out . I took care of the space problem . Running windows XP .When I hit the start button , itunes is there , but it says it's empty . In add / remove itunes shows 203mb of software. (1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
