Acrobat checkout will not allow me to login using my existing acrobat id (registered in China)
I am in Malaysia
When I try to open a new account, I am offered choices of only USA, Mexico, Canada
PLEASE HELP

Basically my computer is running on Snow Leopard. My father bought the Lion upgrade to install on his computer, however, it ended up being that his newly purchased lap top already came running with Lion -- thus, he never ended up using the Lion upgrade he purchased. Now, I would like to use the Lion upgrade he purchased but did not use to upgrade my computer to Snow Leopard. The information he gave me for this was the Web Order Number, Part Number, and Content Code for the Lion upgrade. How do I redeem/use his upgrade to update my computer to Lion without having to purchase another copy of the Lion software from the App store? Is that possible?

I have an iPod Touch that has the IOS 5.1.1 and I want to update my OS without having to buy a new device. How can I do this? I have logged into ITunes, backed up my device and it says my device is up to date, but now I can't reload my Facebook App because it says I need IOS 6.0 or higher. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have bought an ipad 2. My macbook is old mac os x version 10.4.11 and itunes version 9.2 which cant synch my new ipad as i need version 10.5 or later which however is not compatible with my mac os x. what can i do to synch my ipad without having to buy a new laptop?
Maggie, if you go to http://www.everymac.com and look at the MacBook list, and find your machine, all 2006 and later had Core 2 Duo cpus so could use Mac OS X through Lion. They only have 1 GB ram so that would have to be upgraded, can use up to 4 GB which would be preferred for Lion. You could easily upgrade that machine to Snow Leopard, 10.6.8 is the highest, and raise the memory to 2 GB so it woud run better. You can then use the latest iTunes and have easy syncing of your iPad.
Memory can be found at Mac specialists like Crucial and OWC, http://www.macsales.com they guarantee their ram and have on-line videos on installing.

After much consideration, today I decided to join Adobe Photoshop CC only to discover it is not available to me as my laptop has Windows Vista. What are my options other than having to buy a new computer or an old version like Ps5 or 6?

2-Depending on the hardware you have, you may not be able to run CC programs well, if at all

Recently bought into MS Office 365, upgrading from Office 2007. I have been running Acrobat X. Come to find the PDFMaker COM Add-in upon which my workflow depends enormously does not support 365.

I have an 06' macbook and I just bought an 07' macbook.. The 06' has os x 10.6 but the 07' has 10.5.. I no longer have the disk for snow leopard. Is there ANY way to get snow leopard from the old computer to the other without having to buy it again?
Technical issues aside, there's still a legal issue.
Neither 2006 nor 2007 MacBooks shipped with Snow Leopard 'factory' installed. OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard became available in September 2009. So you purchased and installed a Snow Leopard upgrade disc on the 2007 system at some point.
If your Snow Leopard upgrade was a single-user copy, then legally, you need to purchase another one for the second computer. If your Snow Leopard upgrade was a Family Pack 5-user license, then you're good to go.

Trying to buy Acrobat 11-can't b/c "Updating our store" for hours
Per the thread title - I've been trying for days to get an existing license for Acrobat 9 installed on a new laptop and I finally gave up this morning and decided to buy Acrobat 11.
Now - for hours - when trying to buy I have the following message "We're updating our store for today's release Creative Cloud".
Is there a way to get past this to buy Acrobat 11?
Do I just have to wait (despite needing the software for 2 days now)?
Can someone recommend another good PDF writer - I'm almost ready to give up on this Adobe effort.
Thanks in advance for any help.What is the problem with your AA 9 and what OS are you talking about? It is still a good idea to upgrade as you will likely not be able to upgrade for the next release whenever that may be (e.g., AA 8 does not qualify for the upgrade to AA XI).
