I am in the process of downloading creative cloud--I think....

It seems to be doing nothing.  It is a grey box, says creative cloud at the top, and I have a blue spinner in the middle.  Spinning and spinning.  this has been going on for an hour.  I see no progress indicator.  What does this process look like, and at what point do I quit this thing and start over?

Please try to perform following steps in order to resolve the problem.
1. Launch Task Manager(Win)/Activity Monitor(Mac)
2. Try to quit Creative Cloud Desktop app and background process CCHelper and CoreSync.
3. Relaunch Creative Cloud Desktop app.
