Finally got to the store to see what was going on. I didn't do it. My previous carrier was still holding my number even though it was working before. Verizon called and got it released and problem solved!! Thanks!!

My iPhone 4s is dark, this is the second time. The first time I was able to get it back up and running by plugging it into my PC. However this time it has been plugged in for an hour or more and nothing. There was still at least 70% charge left on it when it went dead. I have pressed the sleep and start button separately and together. It said that I did not have much space left this morning so I deleted Apps and photos but there was still space. Just two days ago it was losing power even though it still 55% charge left so I plugged it in and it seemed to gain power. Any suggestions on the problem?
Sounds like faulty battery. Make Genius reservation and take to Apple for quick (minutes) free battery diagnostic testing. If you have Warranty or AppleCare the problem will be covered.

I cannot Buy any products from my iPhoto 09. Every time I try to submit something, I get an error message - A connection could not be established at this time. There is nothing wrong at all with our internet connection, and I have been through all the suggestions on the Apple help page, and spent 2 hours on the phone this morning getting passed round various call centres. They claimed they had not heard of this problem before. I successfully purchased a calendar in Dec with no problems at all - so I just don't understand!

When activating adobe flash "this time", I have to click twice unnecessarily
For security reasons, I have set the flash plugin to "ask every time" (or similar - I am using the German version).
Now, after I have clicked to activate flash, I am asked a second question "Activate this time" or "Activate for good" .
This alternative should be integrated in the first "question" - which should not ask "Activate flash", but ask "Activate flash this time only" or "Activate flash for good".If your version of Firefox works the same as mine, if you click a link in the page to activate a plugin, Firefox drops down a dialog from the plugin notification icon in the address bar. I think it was designed this way so users would learn to look for icon and use it to activate or block plugins. But like you, I don't always remember to do it that way.
If you want to suggest that the in-page dialog be changed to have those choices, you can submit your suggestion on the feedback site (feature change suggestions tend to get buried here among the crashes and other support issues).

ISSUE: Apps won't update. Get pop-up stating, "Unable to Download Application., 'Evernote' or any app could not be downloaded at this time." How do I resolve this issue?
See if either of these two things help.
Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and then try to update again. -
Wi-Fi on/off on my iPhone 4S is grey. First 2 times I switched off then on it was fine. Third time this didn't work so I have done a full restore of the software and network settings and followed everything in Apple Support but still grey - nothing else wrong with the phone all sofware up to date, just can't swith wi-fi on - help!

Hey guys, I am newbie here ;(.. I have a question regarding my new apple id. at this moment i've still have all the applications that i've been purchased by using my old apple id.
In case there are an update for the applications in my iphone, " Can i use my new apple id to update all the application that i've been purchased with my old apple id ". If its not possible to do, are there any suggestion for me to updates all the applications by using my new apple id ?

If you cannot or will not use the old Apple ID, then you can delete the app, and then download it again using the current Apple ID. Be aware that any paid apps will have to be purchased again. -

It is up to you. If you are worried about problems and OS X Mountain Lion is working properly, maybe it is better to leave OS X Mountain Lion until Apple makes OS X Mavericks more stable. Initial versions are never the best ones, and you may find bugs in OS X Mavericks, so you should consider the option of upgrading to OS X Mavericks later. Also, OS X Mountain Lion still receives security updates and it is still supported.

Anyways, since you're in Europe, are you using a provider that uses EE's towers? or EE themselves?
I ask because some MVNO providers are only licensed to use one spectrum. I know this because of the provider 3/Three. Coming from a stay Austria, I can use any 3 partner network but only on 3G, not LTE, 4G, or GSM.
But since it's a service issue, talk to your provider accordingly. Ask them what frequency bands are coming from the tower you're nearest to, or you can check it out yourself with the Field Test Mode.

Have purchased movies from itunes adn they show on the ipad with the cloud symbol but will not download to the ipad, the above error keeps appearing??All things being equal - there is no reason why you should not be able to download the rentals right to the iPad. But things like an interruption in the Internet connection - a hiccough in the connection - could pause the download or cause a problem. You can try to resume the download, or see if you can download the rentals on your computer and then move them to the iPad.
You could try restarting or rebooting the iPad and see of the downloads will resume. You can try signing out of your ID, restart the iPad and sign in again and then try to resume the downloads.
Once you tap on Rent or Install or Buy - the iTunes cash register rings up the purchase so that's a done deal now. You can't cancel it. You can contact iTunes support if the movies will not download and they should be able to get you through it - one way or the other.

Hello, Im trying to Install ITunes 7.2, and I get this error:
"Unable to install the gear driver set at this time. The GEARAspiWDM service use by the GEAR driver set is scheduled to be deleted during the next system reboot. Please reboot the system and run itunes again"
I am installing ITunes for the very first time on my comp, cuz I just received a new 2GB Nano.
I've tried rebooting,tried uninstalling my Quicktime and removing it from my comp, uninstalled and cleaned any remnants of previous ITunes using the windows cleaner, disabling both my mcafee and pccillin, and it still comes up with the error.
I'd be indebted to any suggestions or resolutions!

If you follow the steps very carefully and do as each says, this will solve your problem.. Now i am very happy i can actually install iTunes and use it for my iPod.
Remember to be carefully with the steps as the things you will be deleting are very important to your comp.

Hello, I have been having trouble installing iTunes. I uninstalled it because I wasn't able to put songs on my iPod. And when I tried to reinstall it, I got this error:

First off, I don't even have iTunes installed any more. Second, I don't know what the heck the GEAR driver is.
