About 2 weeks ago I ordered an Imac, software, external hard drive, and a few other things totaling about $3,100. Because of a mistake at Apple my order was duplicated. I used a debit card folks. Two of everything began arriving at my door and OUT of my band account. Not understanding the implications of signing for this stuff, I thought this would easily be taken care of. Oh Boy was I wrong. Several customer reps and two managers later I have printed three sets of mailing labels with conflicting information on how to use them. Every time I am told this is it we finally have it straitened out I hit another brick wall and someone tells me "oh no, thats not right" here is another set of labels. I call back only to find out the that manager is now off and I have to start all over again with yet another take on what we need to do to fix this problem. I AM IN ****. I have no money. Its ALL gone to apple. My car insurance is late. Thank God, I put my mortgage in another account. I have to savings at this time. Not to cover all my bills that are due and take my vacation time to visit my elderly mother. This computer was a replacement for one I bought a year ago with a little inheritance money I received. It was paid for by my homeowners because of a heater malfunction, It is not everyday I purchase a big ticket item like this.
Here I sit. In tears. Unable to print one of the mailing labels because the link will not work. Terrified to call back because it means yet another manager. The one I spoke with last is off for the next few days. I need to talk to some who knows what there doing!
