I am just trying to delete my account and uninstall the program. Adobe has me jumping through hoops.
I just want to cancel my membership because I don't want the entire Creative Cloud on my Macbook. (Please don't try to convince me otherwise. I just wanted Photoshop) I've tried this whole "customer service" junk and it won't let me talk to someone or get my problem taken care of in a timely fashion; it will only let me post in a forum. So, does anyone have any idea how to get this stupid app to actually close so I can uninstall? It's killing my battery and I'm really over not getting good customer service.
A free account is never charged, if you have any charges in your Bank account without your knowledge from Adobe, I would request you to provide the following details by private message so that I can get it investigated.
1. Adobe ID
2. Last four digit of credit card
3.Credit card name (visa/mastercard/Amex)
If after investigation we are unable to detect the charges then you need to dispute the amount with Bank as it might can be case of Fraud.

None of the late fees were credited and the amount due for my monthly charges are wrong. Before any changes were made to my data plan back in Nov. My monthly charges were $140.00, I needed my hot spot back and i was told that the hot spot will increase my bill $10 for each phone that totals $20. The customer rep that change my data plan at that time also gave me a credit of $20 to compensate for the increase until I had time to talk with customer service about the mix-up with my Hot spot. I originally had the hot spot, but the rep that change my plan almost a year prior told me nothing was changing except I was getting more for less money. I explained to that rep that I need my hot spot 4 times a year...and I don't want my plan to have any changes. To verify what I'm telling u check my account and see that I called from Albany New York wanting to know where my hot spot was and I was told I didn't have the hot spot on my account since the last data change! I lost money once again due to the verizon rep's. so my current data plan the rep promised would increase $20 which makes my monthly charges that were $140 prior to the change $160 after the hot spot was returned to my account. Then I was given a $12 credit per month for 12 months because of so many mistakes made to my account so with that $12 credit my monthly charges should $148 + surcharges + taxes and that's not what I see. I do know this much right now my account is in such a shambles I can hardly see the light at the end if there is an end! I need real help!

because i can not use the Canadian card to redeem in my account from USA. should i delete an account and create the new one that should valid in Canada by using the same email address? or what should i do? (i really want to use my recent email)

I have this question too (0) Categories: Mail and Address bookCheck the outgoing mail server setting. Make sure that your username and password are in there.
Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Your email account>Account>Outgoing mail server - tap the server name next to SMTP and check in the primary server and make sure your username and password are entered and correct - even if it says that the password is optional. -

yes, you are allowed concurrent installations and activations on, up to, two computers.

If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact Apple ID Support, upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
You will need to show patience with the procedure and be prepared to demonstrate without question that the account belongs to you. Don’t expect access to be restored immediately and if you aren’t the owner of the Apple ID registered to the device the account won’t be reset.

I would like to delete an account and all the iPhone apps associated with that account off my mac.
A friend of mine bought an iPhone 4 back in Febuary 2011 (pre-iCloud). At the time of her purchase, she was without a computer, so I allowed her to back her iPhone up to my MBP.
Since iCloud, she has no need to use my MBP for backups, restores, etc. Plus she lives 40 miles away. Her apps are still on my MBP and I have been updating them when needed, however I no longer need to have her account OR apps on my MBP.
How can I be rid of all her info and apps from my iTunes. I do have access to her account, with permission.If by account you mean a user account then open Users & Groups preferences, select her account, click on the Delete [-] button. Choose the last option to fully remove the account. Do not check the box for Secure Erase.

No, I'm sorry. If you're seeing that Connect to iTunes screen that means the phone is in recovery mode and needs to be restored.
If you can't borrow a friend's computer, you can go to the Apple Store and they will restore it for you. -
I have a large number of tabs open on Firefox, and while this had never been a problem before, all of the sudden, the program crashes. What happens is that when I get the tabs loaded, Firefox will attempt to reload these tabs, which it had not done in the past, and because of so many tabs trying to reload, it crashes the program. Also, when I click on a tab, it reloads it as well, again, something that had never happened in the past. I need to know what I can do to stop this from happening, so I can once again enjoy using Firefox.

Uninstall Google Chrome from Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs
IF you are not satisfied with the Windows Add/Remove Programs Uninstaller, you can use some other Uninstaller softwares like Revo Uninstaller (Free version or PRO version), IObit Uninstaller etc, to Completely Remove Google Chrome.

Just bought a cannon eos 70d and every picture I take has black lines through it....?

Welcome, Rachel. Can you post one or two examples of pictures with black lines through them? That might help us figure out what's wrong.
One quick thing to try - format your memory card inside the camera and see if that helps. Yellow wrench menu #1, last item, and press SET. WARNING! This will erase all pictures on your card, so if there are important pictures on there, copy them to your computer first. -
I just accidnetally deleted email account and there wa sno warining so it went through and I lost all my emails. The email was not Back up. Is there any way how this account could be recovered?
If the account was an IMAP account your emails should re-appear if you recreate the email account. If the account was POP you hopefully have backup (TIme Machine?) you can restore the emails from.

I found this on a 3.2 apex install on a development machine 1 have a number of workspaces.
in one workspace in which I have been developing 3 applications and in which I have VPD enabled.
When I click next after choosing table name in create form form table it times out.
It does not take you to the page where you enter or confirm the page number, page name, etc.
I have tried another workspace on the same server and it works to fcreate the form.
On a separate machine/install the same workspace which does not work above to create form form table does work.
The VPD setup is not identical in this workspace, but very similar.
I surmise it is an issue with that workspace, possibly but not certainly with the new VPD , the table has these settings in vpd

Iphone 5 - I am trying to delete message threads and once I do, I go to text someone else and it won't send. HELP? I just don't want those messages on my phone anymore. I have tried to restart my phone but when I do, the "deleted" threads show back up on my phone. I use iOS 7.1.

It sounds like you're deleted message threads keep coming back after you restart the devie. I recommend starting by quitting all the running apps on your phone:
iOS: Force an app to close
Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that restart the device and test the issue again:
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting
If the issue persists, backup your device to iTunes and then restore it as a new device and verify that it works.
How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups
If it does, then restore your backup to either verify it still works and the software just needed reinstalled, or isolate the issue to the backup file itself.
