I am looking at my bank statement and am seeing where I was charged twice for my Skype number. This may have happened when I click to confirm twice when ordering the number. How could I correct this?

    I am looking for suggestion on how to prepare a Bank Reconciliation Report for Checks in Crystal Report. I have short listed Tables ORCT and RCT1 for Incoming Payments and OVPM and VPM1 for Outgoing Payments.  My main concern is how to differentiate between Reconciled and Non Reconciled Checks. As Seen under Banking -> Bank Statement And External Reconciliation-> Manual Reconciliation Under cleared column.

    You can go to Administration> System Initialisation>Company details> basic initialisation> (check) Bank Processing.
    Also, you need to do a few set ups before you start using the bank statement facility. You can find this in SET Up> Banking> Bank Statement Processing.
    When you check this, you would be able to see the Bank Statement Processing Form in the banking module.
    all the information that you might need for the Bank Statement Processing for versions A and B can be found in the Portal under the following path:
    SAP Portal -> Support -> Documentation Resource Center -> Modules and Features -> Bank Statement Processing (BSP)

    Please kindly refer to note 1132591 and note 1128677 to see if these are relevant to this issue. Upgrading to  2007A PL15 or above may avoid such issues relevant with the error 'Error in updating OBNK Table'.

  • Electronic bank statement and new General ledger

    Hi all,
    we want to implement electronic bank statement and new G/L is active. While uploading the file, we receive an error: No Profit Center could be found. For us it is clear, because in the uplaod file there is no Profit Center. But how can we solve this problem? Can we activate like a user exit with a " dummy PC" for EBS? if yes, where and how? Or is there any SAP solution already provided? We assume this problem is a general problem for all SAP system with new G/L activation.

    After wards go for Create and Assign Business Transactions (in same path)

    When I updated Firefox to 5.0, everything worked out fine printing the bank statements and saved bank statements. Now, I am unable to print statements from one bank only. No problem with statements from other banks. Where is the hang-up?

    You should try to start in safe mode which runs a file check. You hold the shift key down during a start up till there is a progress bar towards thr bottom of the screen. This start will take a longer time than normal. In safe mode try the functioins you are having problems with to see if there is an improvement. Some links below to read.

  • Electronic Bank Statement and Bank Accounts change...Statement Upload

    I have an issue with electronic bank processing.
    Currently my client is using A100 company code and bank account 123456 gl code 45000 and they are updating bank statements through electronic bank statement.
    Now they have activated A200 company code and they want to use same bank account 123456 and gl code 45000 in new company code and the entire electronic bank statements need to be updated into A200 and A100 company code will exist in sap but client dont want to use this.
    What customizations need to be done in SAP and how system will come to know A200 company code need to be updated when they update electronic bank statement next time?
    Is there any specific customization in sap that shifts company codes and gl codes for electronic bank statement uploads?
    What will happen to historic data when the same gl codes are used with different company codes?
    Once the F110 is executed there will be batch job which will run to upload file...do we need to change anything here....

    Hello-
    Are you saying going forward you are are not going to use A100 and start using A200? If so, from an EBS config standpoint, all you would have to do is use the same transaction type and remove the assignment of old company code & bank account + bank key to the transaction type and enter the new assignment to new company code.
    Next, make sure to create all the bank accounts and clearing accounts in the new company code (assuming all the config related to bank is completed).
    This is it. When you upload using FF.5, it will look at the bank account number from the upload file and look for the company code.

  • Online banking statement and credit card statements will not display in FF 4.0 on either Win 7 or XP. Falling back to 3.6 fixes problem on both computers and sites.

    After upgrading to FF 4.0 I am not able to access or display my bank statements or credit card statements. I have a laptop running Win 7 and a desktop running Win XP and have same problem on both. Statements are in Adobe PDF. Upgraded Adobe to vers. 10 at banks suggestion but did not help. I have now fallen back to FF 3.6 on both PC's, and it now works on both PC's, one running Adobe Reader 9 and the other running Adobe 10.
    Additionally, my email provider (bbwi.net) "Squirrel Mail" times out and logs me off every 15 minutes or so in FF 4.0, even when I am actively composing mail. Falling back to FF 3.6 also fixed this problem

  • Bank statement and bank clearing document splitting

    Hi,
    We have main bank and bank clearing accounts classified as cash category.
    Our bank statement uses a Z document type that posts transactions such as:
    - debtor to main bank
    - vendor to main bank
    - expense to main bank
    - revenue to main bank
    Thereafter, the bank clearing that is done between main bank and bank clearing account (so a cash to cash rule is needed based on the GL account classification)
    We needed to use an unspecified posting rule to cater for the bank statement posting as the standard did not allow us to add vendor, debtor, expense, revenue as base item categories. But it doesnt allow us to add cash to cash.
    How should we configure document splitting to cater for this?

    First of all  i hope you are clear with the concept of Incoming , otugoing and main bank account that we need to create 3 or more diffrent bank accounts for reconcilliation purpose .
    the case here is that you cant to do a manual statement upload then in that case you will have to take care of following things .
    How is the information transferred from FICA to FICO means along with the reconcilliation key what else information are you passing on to FI in the documents .
    Secondly in the bank statement are you getting the reconcilliation key ??? or what information are you getting in the bank statement ???
    because the integration of FI and FICA is the reco key and it becomes very crucial for you to have the same in the bank statement .
    thirdly , Use the manual reconcillaiton functionality provided in FI for reconciling the same , where in you will have to configure the manual bank statement functionality and by using the T code ff67 you can reconcile it .
    Hope this suffices the prupose .

  • Reconciliation between Bank statement and G/L

    Good afternoon,
    We're integrating our bank statements electronically and manually. Sometimes, the statement gets integrated, but the G/L accounts in FI are not updated; or the information in the statement is not correct and therefore the statement information in FEBA is not synchronized with the G/L.
    Is there any program or report that shows the discrepencies between FEBA and the G/L postings? Or does anyone know any way on how to manage this?

    It all depends on the posting rules that you have configured for the reconciliation.
    You tell the system on what basis the GL acounts should get hit and cleared,  which area that rule should post adn what is symbol that you use for this.
    When the system is not finding a corresponding match it is an exceptioin and will bot post to the respective areas.
    So you need to post  them using FEBA manually with the judgment to which accounts this should get post to.
    It seems you need to relook at your configuration based on the current errors you have encountered. Take each error as a scenario and trouble shoot. This way you can minimize your manual intervention.

    When I try to download bank statements (actually, today it's my W2 form from ADP's craptastic "Payroll Work Center") an ASP file is downloaded to my desktop. It opens up in Prieview, but aside from the form itself, the data fields are blank.
    I've tried opening the file in Acrobat Reader, Acrobat Professional, from Safari's 32 bit mode, Firefox, Chrome and Opera... no luck. Any advice?

  • Electronic Bank Statement and IHC update

    Hi SAP Gurus
    We are to configure the electronic bank statement in SAP to import all of the items such as deposits, checks, fees, ZBA's, etc for each Real bank account into the IHC (In-house cash) treasury company.  Real Bank accounts are represented within IHC as Current account as well as Subsidiary companies.
    Could any of you advise how to confirugre EBS in FI which will update Current account in IHC? Could you please guide me in details which configuration items I need to do within IHC (i.e. how to determine what IHC account corresponds to each real bank account)
    Also how would I be able to configure IHC's Current Accounts (i.e Subsidiaries) to reflect ZBA physical sweeping cash movements between IHC company and Subsidiaries from EBS in FI?

    Hi Taro,
    On uploading the EBS in the HQ/FI, there are basically 4 steps to post a payment order in IHC:
    1. Determine if the bank statement items are IHC related
    This is done successfully only if the account determination from payment notes or from external bank account is maintained correctly (see point 2).
    2. Determine the IHC account (corresponds to the subsidiary) from either -
                a. the payment notes OR
                b. from the external bank account in the EBS
        You need to customize this in the following IMG node
    Financial Supply Chain Management -> In-House Cash -> Account Management ->Payment Processes in In-House Cash -> Central Cash Receipt / Incoming Bank Statements -> IHC Account Determination from Payment Notes (OR IHC Account Determination from External Bank Account).
    3. Determine the clearing partner account where the offset posting can be made
    This can be customized in the following cutomising node:
    Financial Supply Chain Management -> In-House Cash -> Account Management ->Payment Processes in In-House Cash -> Central Cash Receipt / Incoming Bank Statements -> Set Up Account Determination for Incoming Payment
    4. Find the IHC transaction type for posting the payment order; to be cutomised in the following node:
    Define Transaction Types for Incoming Payment -> Define Transaction Types for Incoming Payment
    With this you should be able to post a payment order in IHC.
