I am missing "other" as a target for the result state

Hi,
I am trying to implement a quite complex scenario using guided procedure design time.
I am not able to find other as a target for the result state of a callable object (the system proposes me just the sequential action or termination, nothing more, so I am not able to change my flow as I would like).
My portal is NW04s SP10.
I fount that target (other) using a portal sp11, so I suppose that it could be a problem concerning sp10 release, but I was not able to find a confirmation for that

Hi Giuseppe,
If I have well understood youre trying to call in result state an action that is not in your current block.
To do this you have to install SP11 and the other will appear as possible choice in the result state target.

Correct.
You need to go to ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/.
The ~ indicates your User folder not the top level /Library/ folder.
Click on the desktop, then hold Option and go to Finder menu Go and Library will be there (only when holding Option as it is hidden).

But it still does not work :-(
I keep getting same error....
Any idea what I might be missing ?

Thank you for posting in Windows Server Forum.
Firstly please let us know by which method you have setup RDS role. You can have more advantage and feature when you will install with Standard deployment instead of Quick start deployment. So if you have setup with quick start option then you can try installing
with standard type and check the result.
In addition, please check SQL server database is properly configured for RDS server. Also check that domain controller properly communicates. Kindly go through below thread for more information.

Where and how do you set the target for the KPI?
I see that there are input ready quesries available to set targets how to use them?
Can you only set targets for base KPI's?
How and where is the data collected stored for the KPI's? in the standard cube given as business content?

I am also, currently working on a project implementing BO SuPM Version 1.0. Landscape is ECC -> BI -> SuPM dashboards.
I have created a KPI in SuPM dashboard.
Case 1 : Automatic data collection - This KPI is marked for Automatic data collection. So, maintained Scripts with Connectivity and SAP BW Query name. I save this KPI and include in a new report and Run it. There are no records displayed.
Case 2: Manual data collection - This KPI is marked for manual data collection. So, maintained values in SuPM portal itself. I save this KPI and include in a new report and Run it. There are no records displayed.
Could you please help me how KPI in SuPM be filled manually and automatically ( from BW Query)?

I don't do auto-sync. Too much music on my PC for that. I manually copy and/or delete.
And I did delete the iTunes-acquired albums from the phone and then copied them back on:

If you are aware that these are the field exit funciton modules that get created when you create a field exit for the corresponding data element.
Hence there will not be any replacement for this FM, But you need to find where the data element is triggering(the tcode) and check in debugging if there is any BADI/Enhancement Point.
Hence check for which data element the FM belong to using the program RSMODPRF and check if they are globally activated, then they trigger on all the screen/transactions..(Tedious to replace with BADi/Enhancemnet points everywherre)
If the field exit is activated for screens, check to which transaction the screens belong to and then check for enhancement point or badi that trigers on the screen..

Setting target for the handler in CPO

Hi,
I would like to know how to set the target while invoking a handler at CPO end from CPSC. For testing at CPO end, i usually set the target at start time or as a default target. But i need to select the target based on the user who invokes the process. So how can i set the target for this scenario? My process is a webservice triggered and user trigerred one. There is an option of setting the target of Webservice triggering event's target. But am not able to configure that properly. Could anyone please help how to resolve this?

"Web Service Trigger" will always have the same target (Automation Service), so that will not be particularly helpful to what you are trying to achieve.
I think you may want to approach this a little different.
Suppose process A is the process for which you want to dynamically choose a target, based on how it is invoked (via a Northbound Web Service with some parameters or by a end-user or perhaps on a schedule).
Move most of the functionality of the process A into process B.
Modify process A to call process B.
Add "steps" to process A, before the call to B, to find the target that you want. You can use "Find Target" activity and utilize properties of the trigger to determine the right target. For example, if the name of the target is passed as a parameter to the process or if there by looking up the target in a table variable "username to target".
Call process B and use the target found in "Find Target" activity, instead of the one that process A is running on.
I hope that makes sense.

ISCSI targets for the Mac

I setup a VMware vSphere 4 Server with RAID 10 direct-attached storage and 3 virtual machines:
- OpenSolaris 2009.06 dev version (snv_111b) running 64-bit
- CentOS 5.3 x64 (ran yum update)
- Ubuntu Server 9.04 x64 (ran apt-get upgrade)
I gave each virtual 2 GB of RAM, a 32 GB virtual drive and setup a 16 GB iSCSI target on each (the two Linux vms used iSCSI Enterprise Target 0.4.16 with blockio). VMware Tools was installed on each. No tuning was done on any of the operating systems.
I ran two tests for write performance - one on the server itself and one from my MacBook Pro (10.5.7) connected via Gigabit (mtu of 1500) iSCSI connection using globalSAN 3.3.0.43.
Here’s what I used on the servers:
time dd if=/dev/zero of=/root/testfile bs=1048576k count=4
and the Mac OS with the iSCSI connected drive (formatted with GPT / Mac OS Extended journaled):
time dd if=/dev/zero of=/Volumes/test/testfile bs=1048576k count=4
The results were very interesting (all calculations using 1 MB = 1,084,756 bytes).
For OpenSolaris, the local write performance averaged 86 MB/s. I turned on lzjb compression for rpool (zfs set compression=lzjb rpool) and it went up to 414 MB/s since I’m writing zeros). The average performance via iSCSI was an abysmal 16 MB/s (even with compression turned on - with it off, 13 MB/s).
For CentOS (ext3), local write performance averaged 141 MB/s. iSCSI performance was 78 MB/s (almost as fast as local ZFS performance on the OpenSolaris server when compression was turned off).
Ubuntu Server (ext4) had 150 MB/s for the local write. iSCSI performance averaged 80 MB/s.
One of the main differences between the three virtual machines was that the iSCSI target on the Linux machines used partitions with no file system. On OpenSolaris, the iSCSI target created sits on top of ZFS. That creates a lot of overhead (although you do get some great features).
Since all the virtual machines were connected to the same switch (with the same MTU), had the same amount of RAM, used default configurations for the operating systems, and sat on the same RAID 10 storage, I’d say it was a pretty level playing field.
At this point, I think I'll be using Ubuntu 9.04 Server (64-bit) as my iSCSI target for Macs.
Has anyone else done similar (or more extensive) testing?

I had a lot of trouble with SimCity4 on my iMac. It became such a headache that I returned it to compUSA. It ran very choppy and crashed repeatedly when the city began to develop. My system FAR exceeds the system requirements for the game, and after some online research I discovered that I am not the only person to have this trouble with SimCity running on 10.4. I have also read problems concerning the SIMS2. Some of what I have read indicates that 10.3 runs the games fine, but 10.4 causes them to crash. I don't know if this is the case, but I do know that I am now very weary before dropping $50 on a game that may not perform on my computer as it claims to on the box. Some people trying to run games are talking about waiting for Mac OS updates that will allow them to run smoother.

Your assumption is correct. The server does however only
have the Intel HD3000 graphics like the base model with
no option, at this time, for the discrete graphics chip. So,
depending on what you are using it for, that could be a deal
breaker. Remember that your MBP does have a discrete
graphics chip.
I have a 2011 Mini Server connected to a Thunderbolt display
that gets used as an engineering workstation and general
personal use (some photo editing, LP restoraton, general
internet browsing). You simply just not enable any of the
server services. I find the combination to work quite well
for my purposes. I also have a 13" 2.7 GHz i7 Macbook Pro
which is pretty much strictly for work. As far as CPU
power it is pretty much equivelent to your Mini. For the most
part I find the Mini does outperfom my MBP. I heavily use
Parallels and Windows7 virtual machines, so the more cores
the better.
So, If you do a lot of CPU intensive stuff that is multithreaded,
the Server may help. If it is graphics intensive and your software
heavily leaverages the GPU, you may actually take a hit on
performance.

When a pdf file is opened in a tab, the automatic scroll function from the pad does not work in the other tabs, but only for the particular PDF tab.

Have you checked to see if your PDF add-on is up to date? You should take a look at the [[Opening PDF files within Firefox]] Knowledge Base article. There is a lot of good information in there. You should try both of the suggested PDF add-ons to see if that fixes the issue.

Unless you can access this over the web, then no, the iPhone won't run any packages apart from what is on the phone itself.
In other words, it is only a very limited PDA device at present.
