I am missing text in an excel table that is imported via 'place', can't figure out why?
When
Go to Settings/Cellular and you can see how much data each app is using. You can Reset Statistics, then track all of the apps data usage.

The solutions on here did not work for me. I tried.....
I have the same problem with a BRAND NEW iPhone 5c version 7.1- no sound when a text message arrives.
(1) I have "do not disturb" scheduled correctly. No partial moon on the main screen near the time and battery indicator.
(2) I have the ringer icon correct with no slash. Yes I turned the hardward mute switch to the UP position (ie the one above the + and - buttons on the left side. I tried messaging with the bell as shown and bell with a slash and neither work. The mute switch is not red (switch above the + volume hardware switch) I enabled some assistant using the Settings menu. And I press the dot (looks like a target symbol) and go to Devices and I can see what position the bell is in....either a bell with a slash or no slash.
(3) Yes ringtones are configured for text and other. I can hear them when I am under settings > sounds. But they do not link with the actual hardware.
(4) I rebooted the iPhone 5c by using the button at top, slide the red bar, then pressed it again, apple came up for a minute and it seemed to be back up.
(5) I upgraded the IPhone 5c from 7.0.4 to 7.1 using my pc and itunes. And the upgrade was successful but did not fix the text issue.
(6) I do not have it in airplane mode or silent mode.
(7) I reset all settings using Setttings > General > reset > reset all settings . this wipes settings but not data and media.
This is really frustrating. -
Can't figure out why FPGA code won't compile, says files are missing
Hey guys, I get the following error, sorry for the big vomit of error code. As near as I can tell from reading that, it thinks a number of the files it requires to run some of the subvi's I'm calling are missing. I don't understand how to fix this when these are LabView native files, for example, the high-throughput rectangular to polar converter?
Help much appreciated.

2.) FPGA Target you are trying to compile code for.
Typically errors 61101 and 61160 are thrown when a Single Cycle Timed Loop (SCTL) has elements within it that won't allow it to finish it's execution in 1 clock cycle.
Looking through the error codes below, do you have any of the following items in a Single Cycle Timed Loop?
High Throughput Rectangular To Polar
Butterworth Filter
Also, are you using xnodes? Problems have been seen when items that would normally return an error when placed in a SCTL do not return errors if they are used with xnodes.

Can't figure out why all of my editable text fields are filling with the same text.
I running Adobe Reader 7. I was given a PDF file that has three seperate text fields. I typed test into the first field, and the other two fields have filled with the exact same text. What is up with that? I've enclosed the file for your enjoyment.

I can't figure out how to "talk text". I thought it might be in settings under "voice over", so I turned that on. Nope. Now I can't turn voice over off and it's annoying listening to her tell me what I wrote or what she thinks I might want to say. Any help in either subject appreciated.
Turn VoiceOver of in Accessibility. Settings>General>Accessibility>Voice Over>Off. If you have Siri activated, invoke Siri and say, "Turn off VoiceOver".
I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "talk text" If you mean "Tap to talk", that feature will only appear in iMessages, not SMS messages. -

Gary EskowPages doesn't let you separately set border offsets, Indesign is the only application I know that can do that.
You can get the effect with margin insets inside a Text box or offsets inside a Border.
Inside both the Textbox and Border move the margins of the Text inside to have the Text where you want it relative to the border/stroke.
When looking for a solution there is usually more than one way to look at the problem itself.

How do I send a group text message, I have groups set up in my gmail account but can't figure out how to send a group text without adding them all individually ?
You can use iCloud:
Step 1. Log into www.icloud.com using your Apple ID.
Step 2. Click on Contacts and then click the groups ribbon (the red icon with two people) which is on the left-hand page when viewing All Contacts.
Step 3. The left page changes to a list of Groups (only those groups stored in iCloud are shown). Click the + button at the bottom to add a new group.
Step 4. Type a name for the new group and press Enter to save it. To change it after this, double-click its entry in the groups list.
Step 5. To add contacts to the new group, click on the All Contacts group and locate the first person to be added (you can use the search bar to find them quickly).
Step 6. Drag their name on top of the new group and drop it to add it to that group.
Step 7. To add more contacts, repeat steps 5 and 6, but you can add multiple contacts at once by pressing Ctrl (on a PC) or Command (on a Mac) and clicking on each contact in the list that you wish to select. Then, drag one of the highlighted names to the new group and they will all be added.
It's possible to add names to more than one group, and you can create as many groups as you like.
Step 8. Launch the Contacts app on your device (iPhone, iPod touch or iPad) and you should see the new group appear almost immediately - as long as you have an internet connection.
Until Apple builds in a function to create groups directly within the Contacts app, this is the best way to do it. -

If you were not there, how would you see the led?
Anyway missed calls will appear on your Lock screen under the Missed tab.
Or a small red numbered badge will appear on the Phone App icon when you have missed calls. You can then access the Recents Tab in the Phone App to see whcih calls were missed.

Resize excel table that is embedded in Powerpoint via VBScript

I encounter the following problem:
I have a powerpoint that has some excel tables in some slides.
When I activate an Excel table in Powerpoint 2007 and 2010, the size of the excel object is roughly the same as the size of the image that corresponds to that table. When I activate the table in Powerpoint 2013 the size of the object is much shorter than
the image.
So, when I deactivate the table the image that is generated is much smaller. Even if I keep the original size and set it again after the deactivation the image becomes "stretched".
I would like to create a VBSCript that will:
1) activate excel tables
2) give them the size of the image element that corresponds to them
3) Deactivate them so that the image is redrawn
The part of the VBScript that does the activation/deactivation is the following:

Can't Figure Out How To Import XML into a Table?
HELP!
I've been using InDesign for several years now... but everything Ive ever done has been basic one off layout concepts.
I am working on a website for a musical theater actress and for her resume, Id like to make a PDF which lists in table format the show, theatre and role she had for each job.
I could do this manually... but Id really like to learn how to just reuse the same XML data that I have for her website and import it into InDesign.
I have looked at Adobe's help file, I have scoured the internet, and I still can't figure it out... I have done like the adobe support file says... and I cant seem to get the values I create in her resume xml file to show up in a table I create in InDesign.
I even tried to simplify it for the learning process and did something as basic as an XML file that has 5 colors... couldnt even get that working.
So could someone explain it to me like Im a 5 year old... how to take a XML file, import it, place it in a table and have the data actually show up in the table.

brianAre you sure you want to use XML with tables for this? No doubt importing XML into tables is useful for some specialized tasks, such as importing formatting information inside the XML itself, but for most of the familiar tasks that XML excels at, tables are neither necessary nor useful.
In my (limited) experience, if the XML elements are well-differentiated, by which I mean different types of data have their own distinctive tags, then the special powers of XML can be exploited more fully using the more familiar tagged text, nested tags etc. in ordinary text frames using paragraph breaks, tab characters, etc. to achieve a suitably "tabular" finished appearance.
If you must import XML into tables, I recommend Adobe's own PDF "Adobe InDesign CS3 and XML: A Technical Reference" availabe here:

It sounds very daunting -- the words "technical reference" make me shudder -- but actually it's very readable and not very technical at all. Some nice pics and everything!

JSON returned (from google analytics) has an entry like:

In Power Query the column heading is "List" and each row has "List" which I can drill into. But I need to instead expand this into a table with 4 rows and 2 columns.I thought to transform this JSON into XML Spreadsheet format, but I just did a test and Power Query cannot parse Excel XML Spreadsheet files. Frankly I was surprised that it couldn't read it since it is a native Excel format.
If I were to transform my JSON into a format that Power Query can understand and that allows me to specify data types and ideally also formats, what text file formats should I be considering. XML Spreadsheet is the only text file format I know that
allows you to specify data types. But I have a feeling that I am overlooking some other options.
OData would be great except that Power Query insists on also asking for the metadata in a separate call. It would be great if Power Query could RESTify the OData request by either not making the $metadata request (another argument to the OData function?)
or just continuing on if that HTTP call failed.

Lower Modem Firewall Settings to Change Email Server Settings
