I am missing the foward and back up arrow bottom a top left corner can you please help me to retreve it thanks
i was trying to download some toolbar option and when i came back to my home page the 2 arrows on the top left side of the page were missing and i tryed to replace them but i am not able to fine the to replace them One more question how do i remove the BEAR SEARCH it has some kine of site and the posted me as 27 im 47 the also posted some of my information and men ask to be my friend and i need to remove it. It makes me very nervis i am not sure what this is i ask them to remove it but they wont PLEASE HELP

From what I can gather, it sounds like you're having issues restoring your device. After reviewing your post, I have located an article that can help in this situation. It contains helpful advice concerning recovery mode:
If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Use recovery mode
You might need to use recovery mode to restore your device in these cases:
iTunes doesn't recognize your device or says it's in recovery mode.
You see the Apple logo onscreen for several minutes with no progress bar.
You see the Connect to iTunes screen.
Learn what to do if you see the progress bar onscreen for several minutes.
To put your device into recovery mode, follow these steps:
Turn off your device and leave it off.
Plug in your device's USB cable to a computer with iTunes.
Hold down the Home button on your device as you connect the USB cable. Keep holding down the Home button until you see the Connect to iTunes screen.
When you see this screen, release the Home button. If you don't see this screen, try steps 1 through 3 again.
When your device is connected, iTunes will open. You'll see a message saying that iTunes has detected an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch in recovery mode.
Use iTunes to restore your device. Restoring in recovery mode will erase your device. If you previously synced with iTunes or iCloud, you might be able to restore from your backup.

If you put your device into recovery mode by mistake, restart it. Or you can wait 15 minutes and your device will exit recovery mode by itself.

Up until about a month ago I was able to shrink my photos with shrink pic. I use yahoo for my emails and since they did an update I can no longer shrink my photos using Mozilla Firefox. I thought this was a yahoo problem but yesterday I tried Internet Explorer with yahoo and shrink pic is working in their format. Can you please help?

It sounds like you are running the student edition which comes with a
textbook and doesn't support external code such as DLLs, CINs, or
ActiveX. You might want to check with others at your university and see
about getting access to an academic edition or a

Why does the foward and back button no longer show page history ?
the older version of mozilla/firefox you had the option of seeing previous pages beside the foward and back buttons. rather than going back to each page. also the web pages that were suggested for your search let you know if the web page or site good or bad.
The arrow to open the tab history of the Back and Forward buttons has been removed in Firefox 4 and later.
Use one of these methods to open the tab history list:
* Right click on the Back or Forward button
* Hold down the left mouse button on the enabled Back or Forward button until the list opens
You can look at this extension:

My iPod Nano 7th Generation couldn't be detected by iTunes when I plugged in. I tried resolving the issue by uninstalling the iTunes and then install it back again but yet still the same problem exist. Can you please help me to solve this issue? I was using my wifi last night when I got an error message stating my ip address had been taken over. Then safari stopped working and i can no longer access the internet. I looked at my ip address and it states 000.000.000....can someone please help?
Sounds like a bogus pop up. In any case power down your Mac, your modem, your router. Then power back up in 1 minute sequence; modem, router, Mac.

NikkiI did try to uninstall and reinstall. It messed up my computer. I had to "RESTORE" from the prior days backup. This was not helpful at all. I'm used to losing all my stuff when I connect to iTunes, that's a whole other issue, but now I'm completely banned from any updates to my phone at all. Geeze.......
