Use the Rectangular Marquee tool to draw out the edge to be blurred. Feather the selection. Here I feathered 50 px (note that feathering makes the borders of the selection appear rounded).
Invert the selection so that the edge is now selected, and apply a Gaussian Blur:
The reason for feathering is to soften the edge of the blur. The amount of feathering and amount of the Gaussian Blur is simply trial-and-error.

Start with a "hard reset" (see below) then use AirPort Utility to configure it.

No, your Yahoo account is not in iCloud (which only handles iCloud mail), it is in Yahoo, and the Yahoo mail account is on your iPad.

Copy all the content on your iPod back to your PC and into iTunes. Then go ahead and sync the iPod with your new library.

Here’s my question. My laptop is broken and I had a crack in my iPhone screen. Prior to sending it in to repair I backed up using iCloud and before restoring my phone to factory settings decided to do the software update. Half way through the update it asked me to connect to iTunes. So here’s were it gets complicated…
My charger is also broken, so in my panic at the stranger fixing my phone seeing my personal stuff I used the erase everything on the find my iPhone app, thinking iCloud had my back. It was still asking to be connected to iTunes so my friend have me their laptop nod charger (automatic sync not turned on) I plugged it in, the command went away and I sent my phone to be repaired.
It came back all shiny and new, but iCloud back up disppeared along with four years of photos, videos, etc etc. I contacted apple who had engineers go through their servers to find nothing from my iPhone backed up. I searched my friends laptop for music I have bought and even plugged the phone into their laptop but comes up with their phones name and their last back up. I have restored from iCloud and set up as a new phone.
I am worried my friend will have my information from my iPhone. Is it possible and if not has it just been erased forever?

I'm quite sure there is no "automatic" way to do this. I've never heard of anyone trying it either. I suppose if you wanted try it, you could simply create a new folder in the same partition TM is on, label it for that year, then gather all the days for that year and drag/drop them into the folder. I suspect (but do not know) you'd be risking the continuity of your backups, meaning TM would simply start over again, meaning that next back up would start a new series of backups, with the first one roughly equalling the entire capacity of your internal HD, instead of adding only the new data to the previous backup. Once again, I would recommend against it, unless you're fine with TM starting a new series of backups if it doesn't work out the way you want it to.
