For error 1015, that deals with a few different factors like having a beta version of iOS, downgrading, and potentially jailbreaking your iPhone. I would recommend trying the restore on another computer or just a different user to download a fresh copy of iOS for your iPhone.

There are two ways that a backup can become encrypted:
You chose to encrypt it, then forgot the password.

I have upgraded my iphone3Gs to IOS7. After restoring my iphone was empty it was just showing me itune nothing else how can i get my backup and use iphone again..The iPhone 3GS is not compatible with iOS 7, you may what to check and see what it was that you did.

Plug it into your computer and contineously hold the power and home buttons, it will take around 15 seconds, but you will see the Apple logo and your iPhone will be back to normal.

If you can't, try to connect it to iTunes, go to the Summary tab of your sync settings and click Restore to restore it. You can check in iTune to see if you have a backup. They are listed in iTunes>Preferences>Devices. However, the backup may not bring your contacts back as contacts are only backed up as necessary to preserve the recent call and call favorites lists. -

Try popping out the SIM card and turn off the phone.
Pop in the SIM card once again and turn on the phone, make sure that the SIM card is placed and seated perfectly in the tray!

you could try restoring from the backup again. It's possible that your restore got interrupted, so it would be a good idea to attempt another restore. if that doesn't fix it, like if you restore and see that all of your settings were the same as they were on the old device, but the pictures still aren't there, it's possible the photos were never stored in the backup in the first place

I am getting a pop up on my iPhone 4S asking password of my iCloud even though I feed the password but still keep on asking the same thing every second so I am not able to use my iPhone.at various times it asks different passwords.
Curretly, there is an iCloud blackout. It started this morning around 2AM California time (Pacific), 5AM New York (Eastern). A lot of people have been having issues all day, including me. No iCloud services are online. Even Find My iPhone is down.
