The immediate solution that comes to mind is to email the pictures. You can open the photo, click the arrow out on the bottom left, and email the photo that way.
Otherwise, if you're trying to Text Message the pictures by MMS, go to Settings > Messages > Send as SMS and turn that on. Also turn on MMS Messaging below that.

Perhaps that recipient does not have MMS texting as part of their cell service. They may only have SMS texting which does not support pictures.

If you are talking about sending photos via messaging then:
Have you turned on MMS Messaging in Settings?
See Settings > Messages > MMS Messaging and turn this ON.

Have your brother create a contact in his phone for himself. Inside his own contact, have him add his phone number and his iCloud address.
Settings > Messages > Send & Receive Have your brother select both his phone number and email addresses where he would like to receive iMessages.

Are you entering a 10 digit number? Or, if it is not a North American number or you are not in North America, are you entering "+" followed by the country code and number?

I would think, Twins1995, that if we are having the problem, others are as well. Hopefully, Apple will shortly issue a follow-up software release to fix the problem. Or is that just wishful thinking on my part.
It would be helpful, if there were some kind of work-around in the interim, so we can use our devices. Pretty frustrating when you consider that all of the hardware and software is produced by Apple.

To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iDevice, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. When you delete the existing account you will get an option to keep the iCloud data on your device.
Before deleting the account, save any photo stream photos that you want to keep to your camera roll.

If you haven't already tried, see if you can force it into recovery mode to restore it:

Please tell me where you are seeing this error message. It's not one that I'm familiar with as being related to Acrobat or Reader. Is it coming from your online fax service, or does it appear when you try to open the PDF file that you received in Acrobat or Reader?

My recommendation is to restart the iPhone. All you do is hold down the top button and hold down the home button for 5 seconds untill it automatically shuts down. Then click the top button untill you see a grey apple on your screen.

iCloud storage cannot be used to download content, because its not on your phone.
You need physical local storage on your Phone not iCloud to download content.
If your iPhone no longer has enough space, you will need to delete things off your iPhone to make room.

Not able to send pictures at all-

I have an ihone 4S and have until recently been able to send pictures to orher phones (email works!). I have checked with my phone comany and they have reset everything they can. I have reset py iPhone. Nothing seems to work.
This is what happens: I want to send a picture by MMS. The phne starts to upload the picture, and after a few seconds interrupts and I get this red exlamation mark and message "delivery failed".
I really need your help!

Problem solved!
I reset the MMS proxy, which the telephone company hadn't done, in spite of what the told me they had done, and now it works fine again.
One may wonder for what reason they get their salary…
