I am not able to transfer my apps from I phone to my laptop.

I am bot able to transfer my apps from phone to PC. I have tried transfer purchases as well.. But nothing is happening.. If I'll synchronise iphone to itunes then I'll loose all applications currently present in the phone.

Hi Go to ITunes on iphone bottom of page Sign out of ITunes then Sign back in If that doesn't work press & hold power button & menu button hold both down until you see Apple Logo you will not lose any data. Also you will need to update software to ios 8.1 that could be Part of the problem. Cheers Brian

If you change your Apple ID, all the apps you purchased with the previous ID will no longer updatable for you and this problem will continue. You see your old Apple ID because you are likely still using some of the apps purchased on that ID.

Read the steps carefully as the order in which you follow them is critical. Note that you can do this only when creating a new Apple ID. You cannot use an existing ID.
You will of course not be able to get anything other than the free apps without entering in some sort of payment method (credit card, prepaid iTunes card, gift certificate, etc.)

this is a very peculiar kind of problem I am facing and it has made my life terrible because not even your service providers are able to help me. I bought my phone from (Maharashtra-Mumbai, India) and my network operator is (airtel). My phone works all fine when am in mumbai but as soon s i leave mumbai I am not able to make an otgoing call from my phone. Everything else works just fine but cannot make an outgoing call. I have tried multiple sim cards of multiple network thinking that i might be a network issue but the problem prevails in all the network. I do not know where to go and what to do. I have an iphone5 and have been an iphone user since last 4 years but not i feel i need to change my brand as no on e is able to help me. I am told to pay (Rs. 19000) if I want a replacement but i am also told that they do not guarantee me if the problem would not prevail in that. I thought able believes in customer relationship management but it seems to be a fallacy. I can name like 10 consumers who use apple product because of my reccomendation and not I myself have no trust in the kind of customer service being provided by your company. Please help me to solve this problem. I presently stay in (Assam-tinsuki, India) and there is no aplle stor or any kind of support out here from your side, I had gone all the way to mumbai thinkng they might help but had found no support. please look into the matter soon and provide me with a handset that works all fine.

This is entirely a carrier issue. If your carrier (airtel) doesn't provide service outside of Mumbia, this has nothing to do with your iPhone.

Hi all, I'm having trouble and need some help ! For some reason, when i sync my phone with my laptop (Sony Vaio), the new entries that i have put in my phone 9iPhone4S) dont appear in my microsoft outlook calendar. Is it possible to do this and if so, How ? I am obviously doing something wrong and am not great at this stuff but am trying to learn. Go easy on me !! hahaha

If you use iCloud on your 4S you are able to download the iCloud control panel which will work with outlook and automatically update. You can download the control panel here http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1455 and this hopefully will solve your issue.

1. I live in Atlanta, close enough to an Apple store. But I just know that going there will probably mean I'll have to get the logic board replaced.
2. The only thing I noticed before the first USB port started acting funny was that my battery status changed to "Service Battery". I plan on replacing it this week too.
3. Nope only difference is that my battery drains kind of fast. After about 3-4 hours of my normal usuage with it (Internet, music, videos, and sometimes using Logic) it will be time to hook up the charger.
Would replacing the battery do anything? I'm not thinking it would but figure it'd be worth a shot since I've got to replace it anyway.

Not able to download any apps from Application Manager

I have no idea what's going on, but I cannot download anything from the CC. Application Manager opens and give me all the options of what to download, but everything is giving me an error. I went and followed the steps and uninstalled everything but redownloading still doesn't work. Below is an example of the error I'm receiving Any help would be appreciated.
