I am not able to unlock my phone.

I am not able to unlock my phone from screen? Can  someone tell me what could be problem with my phone plz..

If your phone is asleep and you press the Home button you should see a message saying slide to unlock, if you scroll the screen to the right it should unlock, unless you have a passcode set in which case you'll be asked to enter this before the phone unlocks.
If you cannot scroll the screen try a reset. With the iPhone on hold down both the Sleep & Home buttons until the Apple Logo is displayed on screen.
Regards,
Steve
