Have you tried:
- Going to Settings>wifi>connected network and change the DSN to Google's 8.8.8.8
- Going to Settings>General>Date&Time and make sure it is set to Automatic
- Reset networks settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings

It should be in Settings > General > Network > Personal Hotspot - if it's not there then have you checked with your carrier to see if they support it on the iPad (and even if they support it on the iPhone they don't necessarily also support it on the iPad) ? It may also be an extra fee/subscription from them, and you could check if there is a carrier update.

I am still not able to use itunes match or cloud between my ipad and macbook air
I wonder if the problem of not beig alble to use itunes match between my ipad and my Macbook air is because i have the two set up on different email addresses so that I can use facetime between the two devices,if so how do I remedy that? I also have two seperate Apple itunes accounts for the two,would they both have to be on the same account?
Yes, I am connected to the internet. I am getting my mobile me account email but nothing from my exchange server account, however when I try to reply to a message it gets stuck in my outbox. When I click on Get Mail and send nothing happens. Usually I see the spinning wheel but nothing now. There are several messages in my out box from both the exchange and mobile me accounts. Thanks

I am getting a pop up on my iPhone 4S asking password of my iCloud even though I feed the password but still keep on asking the same thing every second so I am not able to use my iPhone.at various times it asks different passwords.
Curretly, there is an iCloud blackout. It started this morning around 2AM California time (Pacific), 5AM New York (Eastern). A lot of people have been having issues all day, including me. No iCloud services are online. Even Find My iPhone is down.

I bought new i phone 5 3 days back, after that asked for new update which is 6.1.4, after updating my iphone i am not able to use cellular data services. I called up data provider, they says its the problem with new software update. There is no option add APN. Now when i switch to safari its showing you are not subscribed for cellular data. But I am able to use data on other phone.
Will you please help me in this regard?
Another issue, since i bought my new iphone there is dust inside back main camera.

After upgrading to Lion, not able to use a PowerPC Application (Quicken 2007). Any solution?
Quicken Essentials 2010 has less features than Quciken 2007. Keeping track of investments is one feature I need and Quicken Essentials does not include that function. I may have to consider others financial software, such as iBank4, Money4, iFinance, and Money Well.

TS1398 After upgrade to iOS 6 i am not able to use wifi.
Connected, but no wifi traffic (at home).
After upgrade to iOS 6 i am not able to use wifi. I am connected to my home wifi but no trafic is coming through (safari, skype, twitter, app store). I have even tried recovery of my iPhone 4S using iTunes as well as using iPhone. But without effect.
Can not connect at all (at work).

switch proxy to auto
turn the flight mode on and off
turn the iphone on and off
release the ip
recovery the network settings

Well, everything that you have bought with her Apple ID prior to getting your own Apple ID is forever hers. Apple will not transfer content from one ID to another. But in the case of the Mac, contact iTunes Customer Service and request that they send your issue to the Account Security Team and ask that the Mac be released form your mother's account so you may register it with your account. Then you can accept the iLife apps into your account for any future updates.

That message means that you have to restore the iPad now. There was a problem with the update. So connect the iPad to your computer and restore your iPad.

Disconnect the USB cable from the iPad, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
Turn off iPad: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for iPad to turn off.
If you cannot turn off iPad using the slider, press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time. When the iPad turns off, release the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons.
While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to iPad. When you reconnect the USB cable, iPad should power on.
Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears you can release the Home button.
If necessary, open iTunes. You should see the recovery mode alert that iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode.
Use iTunes to restore iPad. -
I have a apple ipod touch but recently I restored all the settings, as well as the applications. But now I am not able to add songs to it. There is blank screen that shows the symbol like to connect to itunes first. I'm not able to use that... Please help
The iPod's firmware is corrupt. You'll need to restore it again in iTunes. If necessary, place the iPod in recovery mode for iTunes to recognize the device. Use the instructions in this Apple support document to walk you through the process of placing the iPod Touch into recovery mode.

Not able to use online banking virtual keyboard with ios 4.3 neither 4.3.2. Used to use with ios 4.2
I used to transfer money via ebanking with my ipad 1 ios 4.2. But since i updated to ios 4.3, i'm not able to do so. Then i bought an ipad 2 and still not able. I updated ios to 4.3.2 yesterday and the problem continue. I can open the bank page without any problem. But when i try to transfer money, it ask for a confirmation key and pops-up an virtual keyboard. Well with ios 4.2 i was able go see the virtual keyboard and enter the key, but with ios 4.3 and 4.3.2, not able to see the keyboard. Safari is set to allow popup windows, but still not able to do so. I installed another webrowser, which allow me to see the virtual keyboard, but when i type the key it doesn't do nothing. Does anyone have an idea how can i solvr this issue? Thanks

In iTunes I have an account balance that I am not able to use. I tried to buy different items and it wont allow it, but I can buy "FREE" ones. Is there a min amount that I am requaired to have in my account? OR is there some other reason why I am not able to spend out of my account. I used a 50 gift card and spent all but 6 bucks. Are you attempting to purchase items from teh iTunes Apps store?
If you ar ein Canada, you cannot use gift card balance to purchase apps.
You can only purchase songs, videos or movies with a gift card.
You need a CC to purchase apps in Canada. -

If you can access Facebook while on Wifi at home, but you are unable to access it while away running on your carrier's 2G network, I could phone your carrier. You have already completed the Cellular Data troubleshooting for the iPhone, so any limitations keeping your from connecting to Facebook over cellular will have to be answered by your carrier.
