Hello , can anybody tell me why my credit card is being debited without letting me cancel the service. I do not want the Creative Cloud service anymore.

    It sounds like a phishing email. You can't "cancel" purchases. You've now given them your AppleID and password, so you should immediately change your password to something new and very secure.
    Also watch out for suspicicious activity on your account.

  • I want to cancel my Captivate 7 Subscription plan to upgrade to C8

    Hello Adobe.
    I want to cancel my Anual membership(month by month) plan today, because is due to renew also today, I don't want to stay using Captivate 7 for another year, instead, I want to move forward to Captivate 8.
    I logged in using my Adobe ID, and went to "manage plan", I tried to cancel using the "Cancel plan" button, but it says I have to contact customer support in order to do so. I try to contact CS and the chat is unavailable, and the forums are not the best place to cancel a plan, there's also no warranty that my request is being attended.
    I'm using this space in order to create a precedent, that I've tried to contact Adobe and there wasn't any option at my disposal to cancel my plan, and that I am not willing to pay another year for Captivate 7, while Captivate 8 is already available.
    Please respond.

  • Entries in Blogs should not contain links

    If you want to save some time: do not include links to other sites in a blog entry. It costed me most of my afternoon to figure out that three links I had made in the text of a new Blog entry caused page errors. First I thought the picture was too big; then I thought the text was too long. Finally I narrowed iWeb 08 problem down: links in blog entries create errors.

    I don't get page errors, but my entire blog post turns into a link. They work fine in iWeb, they work fine when your viewing the blog as a whole, but when you click "read more" to view the individual entry, the entire thing is a link, which makes it impossible to have multiple links in a post.

  • Cancelling photography plan after upgrading existing Premiere Pro Annual plan to Complete Annual Plan

    I was subscribed to a Single App Plan (Premiere Pro Annual paid monthly) and the Photography Plan (Annual paid monthly). I recently upgraded the Single App Plan to the Complete Plan (also Annual paid monthly) but I can still see the Photography Plan in my account. How do I cancel it without having to pay 50% for the remaining time since I've been subscribed for more than a month now?

    You are correct, this is a case of duplicate purchase as you can only activate the CC two times regardless of the number of CC purchased under the same Email ID.

  • Why is Calendar Location not a Link?!

    Love the iPhone! However... I can't help but be incredibly annoyed by the following. Maybe I'm doing something wrong... but why in the world is the following feature not available?
    When I plug something in as a calendar appointment, I make sure to plug in the address (with state and zip). Now, when I open the appointment on my iPhone calendar, why in the world is the address not a link to the map? Such that if I need to see where the location is of my meeting, I can't just click the "location" in the appointment and have a Google map open with the location.
    Is there a way to make this happen? Or is this in the line up for software updates?

    I don't know of a way to make this happen.
    As this a a user to user forum, made up of iphone users, there is no way to know what Apple may or may not introduce in the future - unless they announce (which they rarely do).
    I have not seen an announcement.
    You could try looking through the manual, in case it is there and I missed it.

    I debugged through the standard program MP003100 and found that this error is related to CP relation (Central Person).
    I am little poor in HR functionality. Could any one help me in understanding this Central Person Number and how it is related to Reference Personal Number in IT0031?
