It sounds to me that the file you're trying to print is a PDF file. If so, you can use the free Adobe Reader. If you have that, you'll definitely want to keep it on your computer. You can save the file from the website, and then open and print it from Reader. Again, it's free, so you won't be charged a fee for installing it. If you don't have it, please download it from www.adobe.com/products/reader.html.

Hi. After I updated ios6, I couldn't use my cellular network. It said "could not activate cellular data network - You are not subscribed to a cellular data service". I don't know why. My iphone is 4s
Contact your carrier to ensure data access via their network is provisioned properly for your account and iPhone with the new iOS 6 update installed.

New to iPhone and thought Music Match sounded cool. Apple acknowledges my payment but the iPhone says I;m not subscribed. PRetty sure I'm suing the correct Apple I.D. and password. Any ideas out there?

Most likely because it is not subscribed to a mobile data service.
Check with your cell carrier to ensure that your cell data plan is properly provisioned or get a new SIM for it. -
I subscribed to itunes match. I have it working on my iphone but can't get it to work on my ipad. I did the same exact steps that I did for my iphone but when i try to turn it on it keeps telling me I am not subscribed and to subscribe through itunes on my PC. I've already paid and subscribed to iTunes match and do not know why I keep getting this error message. When I am in itunes on my PC I can see that my ipad is not authorized with that account and do not know if that is the problem. If so how do I authorize my ipad? I've used the store drop down box and choose authorize this computer but it keeps trying to authorize my PC and not my ipad. I am running the most current version of the ipad and itunes.

Have just activated SIM card through vaya for my ipad3, iPad tells me I am not subscribed to a cellular network. Help! I have contacted vaya who tell me to contact apple, is there a setting that needs to be changed? My iPad shows that I have 3G service. Not subscribed to data network (UK)
For some reason at varied intervals I get a message popping up on my iPhone 3GS screen telling me that I am not subscribed to a data network. I am with o2 in the UK. I have signal and am able to make calls and text messages but cannot understand why this message keeps popping up.
Any ideas?I would have thought that a phone call to O2 would be your quickest and most reliable way of resolving your problem!

When fist setting up your new iphone you will be asked to log in with an apple id and password. If this did not happen you can then do as you suggested going to settings to itunes and app store and add your apple id login. This apple id login must have already been created for the iphone to accept it. If this apple id is already created but is not being accepted by your iphone you then should shut down your iphone and restart the device.

I want to email a Pages document as a Word doc. I used to be able to do this by clicking on 'share' then 'send via mail' then on 'Word' and an email would appear with my word doc attached. Now the email does not come up. Why?
It's difficult to do more than guess when you don't say what version of OS X or Pages you're running, but if you're on the latest, have you tried the Share menu -> Send via Mail command?
If that doesn't help, you may have better luck if you ask in the Pages forum:
