No. If it states designed for both iPad and iPhone, then it won't run on an iPod touch.

On each machine turn on iCloud and sync all the available apps. Apple explains how to set up iCloud in http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/
After doing this run software update on each machine and install all the suggested updates. If you still need help installing the most up-to-date versions of iLife and iWorks open the Mac App Store - click the Purchased tab and update all that need to be updated. -
I have an ipod touch that i would like to restore to factory settings. Having said that the ipod is locked for over 1,000 minutes and i do not know the password. I know the trick of holding down the lock button and home button at the same time until the "Connect to iTunes" message pops up, but the lock button on my ipod does not work. I can't call out or call on FaceTime on my daughters new iPod touch. I have set up a new gmail account and set up her apple ID using that email address. Everything is indicating as verified. When I try calling her on FaceTime or use her iPod to call out it just rings a few times then says call failed.

Why wont my iphone 4s or my ipod touch sync with itunes 11.1.4.62? It wont even recognize that ive plugged it in, it only charges while itunes has no idea its there.
I've had this exact problem for about 2 weeks. neither my iphone 4s, ipod touch, or any of my friends iphones and ipods wont even show up in itunes. i click Sync the file column and its greyed out not detecting anything. all apple did was say "reinstall" it. i did about 3 times before calling.... then they said check to see if its all up to date. which everything is. they had nothing else to say.
also since iOS 7 came out my iphone 4s wont connect to wifi. that option is just greyed out. my battery can go from 100% and untouched unplugged and sit on my desk for an hour and itll somehow be at 23% battery. apple gave me a new phone and did the same exact thing. idk what theyre doing over there. -

What model iPod do you have? If yo have a 2G iPod. many developers when they updated their apps to support iOS 5 and 6 dropped compatibility for iOS 4.2.1 and earlier.

So I sign up for iTunes Match an start adding music to my iPod touch 5 generation I have a lot of music on my hard drive that I had for over 3 years now but some reason they are not syncing to my iPod touch notting is wrong with my music some may not have a track name but they r fine. You can add icloud status column to song view - go to menu > view> view options and tick box. This will tell you what has been Matched, Uploaded, Purchased, Inelligible, Duplicate or Waiting.

Why does a mail message that I have replied to on my ipad not show as replied to on my iPhone?
If I reply to a message on my iPhone or iPad it does not show as being replied to on the other device by indicating a little reply arrow. Can anyone explain why?
I think that Hotmail can be set up as IMAP or POP, but I'm not positive. I know one way that you can tell for sure which account you have.
If you go to your email account in the Mail app and look at the window where your inbox, trash folder and sent folder are - if there is an Edit button at the top of the window - tap that and then "Add Mailbox" should appear at the bottom. If you don't have that Edit button and can't add a mailbox, you do not have an IMAP account. -

Just turning off Cloud will not prevent him from turning it back on.
Rignt now, if he uses the App store, iTunes thinks it's talking to me.First, turn off iMessage, FaceTime & delete the iCloud account, while your sim is still in the phone. Then: Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content & Settings. Give it to your grandson & he gat then set it up as he wants.
Important your turn iMessage & FaceTime off to disassociate the phone from your Apple ID. Apple "claims" to have fixed this with iOS 6.0, but until I can absolutely confirm such, I still recommend you turn all of that stuff off first. -
I have an Ipod Touch that is in recovery mode right now. I hooked it up to iTunes, and followed the steps to restore it, but it will only restore about a quarter of the bar. How do I get it to load past that certain point?
