I am on Lightroom 4 and using a Epson photo stylus R300 printer and cannot seem to put Hahnemuehle paper profiles on to it, anyone know how?
Anyone know how to put paper profiles onto a Epson R3000 printer via Lightroom 4?
Installation using Mac OS:
1. Double-click on the downloaded Zip-file. The ICC profile will be extracted in the same folder automatically.
2. Now move the extracted ICC profile to the proper folder listed below.
Mac OS 8-9x - System Folder > Color Sync Folder
Mac OS X - HD > User > Library > ColorSync > Profiles
Note: Please restart your graphics application (eg photoshop) if it was open during the profile installation.

I am using Aperture 3 but seem unable to export raw photos, they are always converted to jpeg, even if straight to my desktop. Does anyone know how to overcome this and export as raw please?

I am trying to install CS3 on Windows 8 and keep getting a message saying "the serial number I entered is not valid please enter it again" Does anyone know how to install successfully on Windows 8?
CS3 is unsupported under Windows 8. That said, you'll need to contact Adobe
directly for serial number issues. -

Ive recently bought a macbook air and have an epson sx425w wireless printer which has been excellent
when used with my previous laptop and im reluctant to purchase another when its in perfect
working order, I just cant seem to link it to my macbook for some reason, I cant find my instruction
manual for the printer but do remember it was fairly straight forward linking it to my lap top
before?!
hoping someones had similiar problem and has a resoloution !! help pleaseI checked the Epson (U.S.) website, and found nothing at all about this model printer - no support, drivers, etc.
I also checked Apple's websites, and found they do offer support for the SX420W.

Thank you.Reinstalling OS X won't help you unless you erase the drive and reinstall from scratch. To do that you want a backup of your files so they won't be lost. If you can do that, then:
Install or Reinstall Mavericks or Mountain Lion from Scratch
Be sure you backup your files to an external drive or second internal drive because the following procedure will remove everything from the hard drive.
OS X Mavericks- Erase and reinstall OS X
OS X Mountain Lion- Erase and reinstall OS X
OS X Lion- Erase and reinstall Mac OS X
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible
because it is three times faster than wireless.
Now, after the successful first startup you will be in the Setup Assistant. Be sure you give your new admin account the same username as the one on your backup. When you get to the Desktop I suggest you install Flash from the download link I gave you earlier. Open Safari and see if Flash is now working for you. I recommend you reinstall only your data at this time. Redownload and install any third-party software you use. Be sure you get only the most recent versions and that they are compatible with Mavericks - App Compatibility Table - RoaringApps. -

When you do a spotlight search, does it show the App in a Folder? If not, then carefully check all of your Home Screens to see if you can locate it. Is it a standard Apple App, or one you purchased?

I customize my paper size and print size and am then viewing a photo on my screen. I print it out and it chops off about 5% of all edges of my original photo on the screen. Why does it do that? It is driving me crazy. I use an Epson Photo 2200 printer
What print and paper sizes are you using? Are you trying to print a borderless print? Does your printer support borderless for that particular size? Are you printing to the custom stock size or to a larger stock size?

I'm trying to print a .psd image from Photoshop CS5 using my Epson Photo Stylus 2400 printer. Yesterday, I downloaded a suggested upgrade and it hasn't worked since then. I used Time Machine and replaced the Epson utility with the old one. I then get a message:
Waiting for printer to become available...
and nothing happens. I need to be able to print!

Epson Photo Stylus RX600 - Communication Error Airport Express
I have an Airport Extreme as my primary router and I have connected two Airport Express boxes as range extenders. On one of them, I have connected the Epson Photo Stylus RX600 printer. When I go to the Airport Express Utilities, I can clearly see that the printer is connected fine. However, when I ping the printer I am getting a Communication Error. I cannot print anything. Can someone lead me to an old post that could help in connecting the printer. I'd love to be able to wirelessly print via my home network

You can't "ping" that printer in the Internet sense, as it doesn't have a network interface.
Did you use the "Print & Fax" panel of System Preferences to try to add that printer? It should appear under the "Default" view.
