Hi! I am a student, and i am paying each month, for the products. Yesterday  was the pay day, but i can't open the programs. It ask about the serial code, but a don't have it. I am paying but I can't use the software. What I can do?

    Hello - This isn't a response since I have the EXACT problem.  I paid "MyTechHelp" $100 because they said they could fix it and they couldn't.  I've narrowed my understanding to this:
    1.  The phone does not need to be jailbroken
    2.  Plug the phone into iTunes and back up the phone then restore and it will be Unlocked. I got a message from iTunes saying congratulations "your phone is unlocked"
    3.  Don't pay to unlock or jailbreak ..I wasted $200 already doing that
    4.  The APN needs to be reset to your carrier ... If I figure out how I'll respond soon
    5.  I tried unlockit.co.nz and that doesn't work

    Be sure you are checking the email account that you used to set up the Apple ID you used to create the iCloud account.  Also, be sure to check your spam/junk folder as well as your inbox.  The email you should receive looks like the image below.  When you get it, click the Verify Now link.
    If it still isn't there, try going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage your Apple ID, sign in, click on Name, ID and Email addresses on the left, then to the right look for a link to resend the verification email.

    I quote: You may install software on up to two computers. These two computers can be Windows, Mac OS, or one each.
    If you install on a third computer, it will request you to de-activate on the other two computers. You can then reactivate one of the previous two computers, and use Creative Cloud apps on it.

    The new machine has Mavericks which is fine. And I will leave it as is. I don’t want anything from my old machine other than 2 apps that I will need on the new one. I want to be able to install those apps that I bought from the App Store onto my new computer. I assume Apple doesn’t want me to have the apps installed on 2 machines at the same time so I wonder if just uninstalling them from my old machine will release them for re-install on the new one.

    That only appears when you have iOS 5+ installed, you will need to do the update via your computer's iTunes.
    Connect the iPad to your computer and copy any purchases off the iPad to your computer via File > Transfer Purchases (you may also want to copy photos off the iPad as well) and then force a backup of the iPad by right-clicking the iPad 'Device' on the left-hand side of iTunes and selecting 'Backup'. You may also want to copy off the iPad any important documents, notes, files etc e.g. via the file sharing section at the bottom of the device's apps tab when connected to iTunes, via wifi, email, dropbox etc - they should be included in the backup, but it's best to have a copy of them outside of the backup just in case.
    You can then start the update by selecting the iPad on the left-hand side of iTunes, and on the Summary tab on the right-hand side clicking the Check For Updates button.

    I am in online school and I have recieved a Redemption Code but I am not able to use the software without just using 30 day trials, which have expired sooner than the 30 days. I am not sure why I can not open templates from class without having to purchase Adobe Creative cloud again. I have the old Adobe, 5.5, I believe still installed.   • I need to refresh my iMac's OS but I can't use the combo drive

    I need to upgrade the OS on an old iMac G4 I bought and the internal combo drive is dead. Is there a way to do this using either a Flash drive or a HD drive? I have SuperDuper so I thought I would copy my system from an existing iMac G4 to this computer, but SuperDuper isn't being so Super right now and is coking on some files.
    Any other ideas? (I don't have an external DVD drive but do own a MacBook and have a wireless network if that helps.) THANKS.

    Does the "new" iMac have Firewire (I think all G4 iMac had FW ports)? If so, you can connect it via a Firewire cable to another Mac and boot the iMac G4 into "Target" mode which will make it appear as an external hard drive on which ever computer it is tethered to.
    You can then run the install DVD on the computer and install the system to the "Target" which is the old iMac.

    What exactly do you see when trying to buy a song, what messages appear ? You can't change how items are billed, it's automatic, as long as you are buying for yourself  then your account's balance should be used for the purchase, it's only if gifting (which can only be done via a credit card) or if your balance doesn't cover the entire purchase price that credit card details should be asked for - or if it's a new account and you didn't follow particular steps when creating the account. (A gift card can only be redeemed once, you can't re-enter its code.)
