I AM PAYING FOR MEMBERSHIP, BUT THE APPLICATION ONLY INSTALLED AS A TRIAL. HOW DO I CHANGE IT TO BE LICENCED AND PERMANENT?

I payed for membership back in september for photoshop.
downloaded the application etc... all working fine and then the 'trial' period ran out.
I updated from the cloud icon on me desktop, and it has given me another month trial.
I don't understand as I am paying the monthly membership.
Any ideas hoe to rectify this setup?

The order number that you have provided is for Creative Cloud single-app membership for Photoshop purchased on 27th September 2014, is it showing as trial ? Please confirm.
The Email ID that you have provided shows that it has not yet been activated on any machine till now.

Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.

Im paying for cc but it will only let me down load cs4 or cs6 versions of the programs. help?

I recently had trouble when opening Creative cloud to update Photoshop, illustrator..etc. Every time i went to open it it gave me an error message so i uninstalled cc. I went threw the adobe chat support to reinstall cc, the guy sent me a link to download it. I just now went to open it and it will only let me install cs4 or cs6 on the programs i need it only shows about 2 of the programs being cc. Help me please. i have an assignment due tomorrow that i need to use Indesign for.

What system? Did you actually run the cleaner tool? Are you sure you are not looking at the filtered section at the bottom of the CC app to access previous versions?

Just bought nano 6th gen, it won't turn in all directions, I have a wrist band for it, but the display only turns in two directions, not all 4. What do I need to do?

I just bought an iPod nano 6th gen. I bought one earlier and returned it bc of the same problem. So I am thinking there is something I have missed. It's advertised to turn with you no matter which way you turn the nano. Mine only turns up or down. I have a wrist band so I can wear it as a watch, but I have to hold my wrist funny to read it bc it doesn't turn like a normal watch would be facing. Please help!

After paying for a song, the whole song did NOT download. How to get the whole song?

I bought the songs, downloaded them, synced them to my iPod, then clicked play. Two of the new songs stopped playing at around the 50 second mark. So, I played them again to check to make sure I didn't just fast forward... Same thing happened again. I decided to go back onto my computer to redownload it, if the songs just didn't get to download fully, and iTunes didn't let me download it again.
I have no idea what to do to finally get to listen to the full songs! Can someone help me out?!?

Doublechecking. Did you delete the two songs (and their associated files) from your iTunes library prior to attempting the redownload?

Either this needs to get fixed or i will request my money back because i will not work for my money while other lie about what i spend it on.

Try deleting the problematic tune (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
