Any local PC or Mac service can install it, a good local geek, you can do it yourself if you wanted too.
Only if it's the MacBook Pro Retina nobody can, it's sealed up.
You will need to make sure you got the correct RAM specs, so visit Crucial.com and use their system to make sure. (cheap RAM is bad for Mac's and wastes your time opening it up again to replace, so spend the money up front)
Next you will need tools and watch a video, it's really easy.

Tips, don't touch any contacts, discharge body static and place each screw into a egg crate or plastic compartment so each screw goes back exactly into it's respective hole.
Your warranty/AppleCare will not cover the new RAM, or anything broken inside replacing it, so beware and be careful. To have that coverage you need to have Apple replace the RAM at a huge markup of course.

if you have access to another apple id that has been created in that country you can do this, for example I travel frequently between two countries, I have a billing address in both, I create 2 apple id, one for each country.
I can purchase from either store as long as I am logged into the corresponding ID for that country. No matter where I am geographically located.
The main thing you need to be aware of is it you switch to many times between the stores, it will stop allowing you log into one of them, not sure what the actuall number of switches is though....

In itunes...preferences you can change the setting to import songs instead of mp4 to mp3. Afer changing this setting, right click to the songs and than you are able to convert to mp3. ths's it

Error -50 when trying to purchase songs from itunes store

What country are you in ? If you aren't in the US and the address on your account isn't in the US then try going to the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app on your iPad and tap on your account id, tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account, and then select the Country/Region section and select your country.

Thanks. I know how to do that, however, I thought it only works with the imported content not the purchased ones. The reason for wanting this was that I keep all my music in NAS drive for SONOS (the wireless music system) will need the music to be in NAS so that it can play music while the mac is on sleep mode.
Anyhow, I will try again and let you know if it does work.

For music, you do not need the iTunes Store. You can purchase MP3s from any online source that is available where you live, and add the MP3s to your iTunes library.

If you've bought them recently, it's not actually an authorization issue; the songs are corrupt. Delete and redownload them if doing so is free in your country.
