I am running with Firefox version 3.5.7. I am trying to update to a more recent version. So far, the update has been running for 4 hours. For most of the time it has been downloading versoin 3.6.18. Why am I hanging trying toi update?
I have an old version of Firefox - Version 3.5.7.
I am trying to update to the current version. As part of the update, the system is first loading all of the intermediate versions.
I started the update 4 hours ago. It is still running. Most of the time, it has been downloading version 3.6.18. I am letting it run.
Is there any other way to get the most recent version?
Thank you. That is basically what I did. I gave up on the update and downloaded a fresh version of Firefox.

I believe that I have a corrupted version of Firefox. I have followed the procedures both for removal and for upgrade that are posted in the support forums, and neither are effective for me.
I do not have a conventional Firefox icon on my screen, rather I have a grey question mark. When I attempt to deposit that question mark icon in my wastebasket, it just bounces back out.

You need to go through 10.6.3 and 10.6.8 to get to 10.7 or 10.8. If you find that 10.6.8 isn't enough, open the Mac App Store and try purchasing Mountain Lion 10.8. If you get told it's incompatible, choose About this Mac from the Apple menu, check if the computer has at least a Core 2 Duo(not Core Duo) or better CPU with at least 2GB of RAM, and if it does, phone the online Apple Store and order a download code for Lion 10.7.

I have a SharePoint site which I am trying to open in SPD 2010, I am getting the following error(some of my team members are able to open)
The version of SharePoint foundation running on the server is more recent than the version of SPD you are using, you need a more recent version of SPD.
These are the ways I tried
1) Earlier I have MS office 32 bit and SPD 32 bit, I uninstalled them and installed both 64 bit versions
2) I uninstalled restarted my machine and installed it again still no use.
3) I installed SPD 2010 Service Pack 2 of 64 bit
4) I uninstalled the SPD 2010 and opened the site—site actions—edit page in SPD , then it asked me to install SPD 2010, then I installed and tried to open the same site, again same error.
How to solve this issue?
I checked permissions also at that site level – I have full control like others. I don’t have access to Central Admin so where else I can check the permission settings?Please update us SharePoint version

I have a new Mac and I migrated mi old one to this. I can not open iTunes because a message stating "iTunes Library.itl" can not be opened because it was created in more recent version of iTunes. There is not a new version to download. How can I fix this?
Go to iTunes > about iTunes. What version are you running? If necessary, hold down the option key while starting iTunes and create a new, test library so it will start.

More recent version of the Flash Player error
Mac user. Every time I run I get the following error:

I click Yes and it works fine, but it is a PITA to do this
every time. When I go to the adobe version page it says I have

Builder and reinstalling. No dice.

My bookmark icons can be fully seen in bookmark toolbar. But on the address bar and on tab most of the icons are blank and when I open most of the websites, their icons are also blank, too. I've already reinstall the firefox 3.6.3 but it is the same. Please help me. Some of the websites show thier icon normally.

Do you remember which version of photoshop that was, such as photoshop 2.0 or 2.01 or possibly 2.5?
I guess you don't have that system still in operation?
I believe mac versions of photoshop can open the photoshop 2.0 file format and mac versions of elements before photoshop elements 11 as well.

IPhoto a 'more recent version' of Aperture?
Hi,
Sometimes I use Aperture if I want to edit and process my photographs. This means I use Aperture to access my iPhoto library. But sometimes Aperture says photos have been edited in a more recent version of Aperture. I'm using the most recent version of Aperture. If I go to the App app - it indicates that version is already installed.
So the message must be referring to iPhoto as a more recent version of Aperture. I'm at a stop in terms of how to deal with this message in terms of exactly what may happen to my photos going back and forth between iPhoto and Aperture.

iPhoto 9.51If the message appeared when you were using Aperature it's probably Aperturte related. You should ask in the Aperture forum. In iPhoto one would try repairing the library's database. Don't know how you'd do that in Aperture.
If iPhoto is working with that library OK then ask how to rebuild with Aperture.
