I am searching for a program that will black list and delete specific spam addresses.

I am looking for an app for Yosemite MacMail spams that will created a black list for selected spam mail, so that the next time that address is used for spam, that mail is automatically deleted.

but when I got home, I realized they were wrong because despite having listed several spam addresses, I continue to receive from the same addresses, or so it appears to me.
Enable "All Headers" on those emails and compare them closely. Often the address is spoofed and only appears to come from the same address.
If this is to your iCloud email account reporter each of the emails to Apple as described in this Apple document: iCloud: Why am I getting junk mail (spam)? - Apple Support. I also include this recipient: [email protected]
If you use a macro application like Keyboard Maestro or QuicKeys you can create a macro that will add the selected email as an attachment to a new email, entered the necessary recipients, send the email and then delete it. You can send more than one at a time.
I've found that Apple eventually blocks most of them, probably thru the IP address.

Ok, you need to clean uninstall Palm desktop 6.2. Install Palm desktop 4.1.4 and download and install documents to go version 6.
Here are the clean uninstall instructioins for Vista.
You should first make a copy of your data to have just in case something
happens. You can find your data files by going to Start --> Documents -->
Palm OS Desktop. Highlight your Palm Desktop username and right click and
copy. Then go to your PC desktop right click on a blank spot and select paste.
If this is the first time you are installing Palm desktop and encountering a problem, skip the previous step.
Now you want to uninstall Palm Desktop and remove everything that has to do
with Palm Desktop from your computer.
Go to the following locations on the PC and delete the folders listed below.
C:\Program Files\Palm or Palm One
C:\Users\[Vista Login Name]\appdata\local\virtualstore\Program Files\Palm or
PalmOne
C:\Users\[Vista Login Name]\appdata
*Note you may need to view hidden folders to get to appdata. To do that go
into your control panel and open folder options. Go to view tab and uncheck
hide hidden files.
Once this is done you will need to delete some registry keys from your PC Operating System.
Word of warning, going here and deleting the wrong thing can cause your PC
from starting up, crashing and deletion of programs and data. If you feel
you are unsure of yourself, see if you have a friend that can help you or a
PC technician that you can pay to help you. This procedure will show them everything they need to delete. To make sure we have a good copy of the current registry, we need to do a backup of the Registry.
Go to start on the PC, in the search field type "regedit.exe" without quotes.
Highlight COMPUTER, go to File --> Export. Should pop up with a Save As box.
Current location is fine, should be in My Documents or save to a location you will remember. In the file name on the bottom type "backup[todaysdate]" i.e. backup07072008. Next, the hard part.
The easiest way to make sure your working with the correct key, highlight the key i.e. palm quick install, and press delete on your keyboard. It will ask you, are you sure. Say yes. Do the same thing for all keys below.
If you make a mistake, stop what you are doing. And call a PC technician.
BUT do not turn off your computer.
The reg keys are as follows (Note: some of theses reg keys will not be here
but if they are delete them)

* HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\palmOne
* HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\PalmSource
* HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\PalmSource or anything else that says palm
Next reboot your computer.
Then reinstall your palm desktop from the CD and do a hotsync. Use the username that is on the handheld.

I recommend that instead of working on an iPad application you get a good web programmer in and set up a web-facing system that can be used from anything with a web browser -- an iPad, a smartphone, a laptop or a desktop. Then your employees can access the system from any computer with a web browser, and you don't need to employ an expensive specialist programmer to produce a system which is useless for devices made by other manufacturers. The only requirement for use will be that your devices must in range of either WiFi or a phone signal.
It will also mean that if you need to change your software at any time you only have to change one copy, back at headquarters, rather than update an App on every individual iPad.
Apple's web browsers (including the ones built into iDevices) allow a web site to request the user's location, so people using an iPad should be able to do the things you have asked for.

There is no built in way to do this. You'll end up having to enumerate all keys and values in the entire registry and comparing each one for a pattern using Regex or similar. This is going to be really slow but there isn't much else you can do about
it (other than parallelize the enumeration). Also note that you won't have permissions to all keys for read and/or write access so you'll need to skip over those using exception handling.

Software that will analyze photos and delete duplicates.

Hi I have so many Duplicated photos its unreal. Well I had all my photos nice and sorted once and about 100 things happened and I have copies out the roof. Some are big and some are small as well. Because somehow the data files from my iPhoto library got mixed in and there are smaller versions of the photos.
I have been working for days reorganizing my Photos into new Folders and once I have my 40,000 photos back into their correct folders I was hoping that It would be easier to get the duplicates deleted. But I still have to sort the Photos First.
Is their some kind of software that can help me. Please
Note: I have been working on and off on this project for a few months now. And by the way when i say 40,000 i mean that how many I have left to sort. I know that half of that are duplicates. And 15 % are photos i know i don't want.

If these files are +in iPhoto+ check out Duplicate Annihilator.
Because somehow the data files from my iPhoto library got mixed in and there are smaller versions of the photos.
This happens when you import an iPhoto Library into another one. There is never a point where you import a library.

I was charged for a download that had an error and deleted itself off my library?

My Ipad was syncing when I decided to do some shopping while I waited. I found a song and purchased it - but before it could finish downloading my internet went weird (it decided it needed a proxy to operate for some reason - I had to switch off that setting before it re-established itself) and I recieved a message that due to inactive internet connection I'd have to resume my download later. Before I could fix my internent it suddenly went from "downloading" to "play" - but when I clicked on it the song wouldn't play. I fixed my internet settings and tried again - same result. Searching it in my Library I found it listed there but with a "!" beside it in a circle indicating there was an error with the song. When my Ipad finished syncing I closed out and reopened the program - now the song is gone. There was a charge done off of the gift card I redeemed so I did purchase it - but when I search it up in the Itunes store it no longer gives me the play option and wants me to buy it again. I can't find it anywhere in my library either. What can I do?

Hello, I recently got my mac last thanksgiving. I bought an ipod a year before and set it up on my windows pc. Now that im going off to college I wont have a pc to update it. I called apple and they told me I had to restore it to the factory settings. So I will lose all my songs and video. Do you know of a program for the mac that will take songs and such of my iPod? then allow me to just put them back on or allow me to add them to itunes?

My phone is not jailbroken. I don't know what you mean about hacked. Maybe it is hacked? This is what is happening: About three times over the past few months I've noticed that my phone while "off" will come on (light up) and the screen shows an arrow towards the bottom; an arrow such that you would see on various "players" in order to "play" video or audio, I've searched my phone and cannot find any app that produces this particular screen though. Once I pick up the phone when this screen myseriously appears out of nowhere and press anything, it goes away and goes to the standard "slider" front page to unlock the phone.

There are a Couple of methods you can use for this.
Method 1 -
You can create an ini file and save a boolean Key "First Instance" as True. Now In your Program you read this Key, If it is True then you can show your ID Dialog VI.If False do not run the VI. At the Conclusion of Id Dialog you can update this registry enrty to False. So In effect you have created One time Event. In fact you can save ID as another Config entry.
The Drawback and advantage is that such an INI file can be edited by someone moderately knowledgeable about the Program
Method 2
Use Unitialized Shift Register in A while Loop. Please see LV2 style Globals entry under this forum. You can read and write to this Variable and it retains the Value it last had within it.
You can read
this Global the Very first time and say if it true you display your ID Vi. If False you dont. When you display your ID Vi you can Update your Global Like Before.

For what it is worth, I am a fan of NuGen, I have both SEQ 1 and 2 and two stereo enhancing tools (stereoizer and stereoplacer I think they're called). Since I have the SEQ 1 it replaces all Channel EQ's. And the stereotools sound great and very lush, in stead of the more usual cheezy combfilterthingies that pass for stereo enhancing tools.
And I actually like the interfaces. Simple, but stylish, functional and ergonomic (in this case meaning you can see all parameters in a quick glance, no guessing at settings).

Hi Illaass, Oh yes for days and I even called and email some asking this question and no one I could find did all three so I only have to buy one program. The one I was going to download because it did two of them I read the reviews and 2 people said that a hacker was attached to the download and they changed all his search features amoung other things. So I got out of there and that was the end of that. That's why I decided to try this in case someone knows the answer. Thanks for responding though. Sandi

I have photoshop CS5 Extended but my motherboard flashed over so I have now purchased a new computer and of course wish to download another copy, I have my Serial No from my account and I have downloaded a new copy of the program, the problem comes when I try to install it as I cannot seem to find an unzip program that will do it as they are asking for file names etc which of course I don't have until I unpack it !! can anybody please advise what program will unzip this automatically bearing in mind there are two files with the download. Or is there a way that I can download without having to unzip?

The only thing available to you is the restrictiions section in settings. Due to sandboxing, apps cannot interoperate with other apps except for sending data files from one app to another if allowed. There is no app that will help you.
Settings>General>Restrictions.
