I am sick and tired of Firefox crashing from Adobe Flash player. All support statements say to reinstall and that doesnt solve the problem!
I am sick and tired of your Firefox not supporting Adobe Flash player. Windows explorer no problem it works fine. All of your support statements tell me to reinstall and I've tried that more than once and nothing improves! It is slowing up my computer, and I have a windows folder with 4.8Mb of auto generated crash messages!

I recently installed Adobe Flash Player 11 ActiveX--11.4.402.265 and when I open My Mozilla Firefox browser I keep getting this message flashing on my screen: 'Adobe Flash Player 11.4 r402 has stopped working" and then "Windows is checking for a solution"
This flashes a few times then usually stops but not always.
It happens every time I try to open a new page.
I fixed this problem by uninstalling Adobe Flash Player 11 and installing Adobe Flash Player 10.3. However, now my IE browser wants me to install Adobe Flash Player 11 again. Although I don't use my IE browser frequently, I DO have to use it sometimes. Will there be an update to Firefox 15.0 to correct this issue?Tylerdowner:

Then you should contact Adobe and see what they are doing to resolve it since Flash is their product and they gave up because they could not complete a version for iOS. -

(Note well: Internally, SeaMonkey 2.3.3 is the same as Firefox 6.0.2. They both use the same Gecko 6.0.2 for rendering Web pages, interfacing with the Internet, downloading, etc.) They differ only in the user interface (menus, buttons, etc).
I see two problems when trying to download a new version of Flash Player from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/. .
1. Your Web server is sniffing for my browser. I select the "Download now" button, and I get the same page all over again. The navigation is looping. If I spoof Firefox 6.0.2, however, I do get a download. This means you are sniffing for "Firefox" when you should be sniffing for "Gecko".
2. While spoofing Firefox, the download gives me install_flashplayer10_chrd_aih.exe, which is not the installer for Flash Player 10.3.183.10. Instead, it is some kind of helper. To get the correct installer file, I had to search my archives to find the URI http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/win /install_flash_player_10.exe.
Both of these problems were previously cited in this forum at http://forums.adobe.com/message/3885371. Neither problem has been fixed. -
Safari crashes on adobe flash player sites
Hello! My family plays on the very popular Webkinz website, but for the past week and a half, Safari keeps randomly crashing while accessing the site. Not sure if it is a site issue or a browser issue. I do have the current updates for Leopard, and I checked to make sure that my software is up to date and that I have the current version of adobe flash player. Any help would be appreciated! Note that Adobe requires you to uninstall any previous version of Flash Player, using the uninstaller from here (make sure you use the correct one!):

and also that you follow the instructions closely, such as closing ALL applications first.
Some users have mentioned that the latest Flash Player versions (v.9.0.115.0 and 9.0.124.0) in some cases conflict with Leopard 10.5.4, and that they have needed to revert to v. 9.0.47. This can be downloaded from here:

If the video is only available in a format that requires Flash player : then no.
However, a great many can also be viewed in an HTML5 version, in which case http://hoyois.github.io/safariextensions/clicktoplugin/ or similar can be set up so that Flash never runs unless you specifically choose it to. -

Flash Player is not supported on Windows Phone. At this time, there are no plans to support Windows Phone. I am not aware of alternatives on Windows Phone OS for viewing Flash content.

After upgrading Foxfire 11 on my vista software, Adobe Flash Player - Ver 10.1. I downloaded and nothing is viewable. I have unchecked all security and my computer says it is updated and everything that I use in foxfire says the plugin are missing or to download the flash player. I am so frustrated I do knot know what to do.

When I try to update Adobe Flash Player I'm prompted to quit Safari and Dashboard Client. I quit Safari but I don' know how to quit Dashboard Client. Can anyone help with this challenge?

Firefox works in Safe mode. Narrowed the issue down to plugins. Don't have an Adobe Flash player plugin, but do have Adobe Acrobat and Windows Live Photo gallery (which I'm considering suspect).
There are two versions of Flash, the ActiveX version for Internet Explorer and the Plugin version for other browsers like Firefox.

Firefox for Android, Adobe Flash Player, and Samsung KNOX conflict.
Hello.
I have a Galaxy Note 3. If I go to youtube.com in Firefox, play a video, and click on fullscreen, Firefox will crash and a notification will come up with title "Prevention information" and description "An application has been forced to stop for an unauthorized attempt to access system...". This notification is generated by "Knox Notification Manager", an app that comes preinstalled.
I know this problem is probably not exactly Firefox's fault, however some of other browsers are able to handle the exact same situation without any problem. Can you fix this problem, or is there a configuration that I can do to fix this?

Device: Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (T-Mobile)
