I am sick of this...It even does it with loggin in on their own site! I canmot get furter than login pages and if I do, the pages don't go further than that. I really am sick of this and need an answer as to why this is happeing and how to fix it. It can be bookmarks, or we addresses from emails, etc. It even does it on this site. It won't let me log in...

Why does everyone at my work loose their internet connection when I update Adobe Cloud Products? We are on a 20mb broadband connection and there is around 20 people using computers at my work but when I start my Adobe Cloud Product update or when I try and download my Adobe Cloud Product everyone at my work looses their internet connection and so do I. But the update keeps downloading and installing.

I am sorry FooWingLi but the difficulties you are describing sounds more like a local network configuration issue. I would recommend working with your I.T. department to investigate this matter.

Is this a POP (POP3) email account? If so, you MacBook Pro may be retrieving the email and deleting it off the server before your phone can. Try going to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive and uncheck the email address(es) shown under "You can be reached by iMessage at". If that doesn't work, you'll have to tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with a different Apple ID for iMessage.

Whenever i start my macbook pro the screen remains gray with the apple symbol and the circle timer below. The screen stays this way even if i leave it for hours.

When i turn on my macbook a box appears telling me i need to restart my computer (in different languages) and in order to do so i have to press on the off button for a lil while. Even after doing this the same box appears and it never restarts correctly. This box appears every single time. I rarely turn my computer off. I just place it on sleep mode and restarts it only when i get prompted to. I brought it to genius and they couldnt figure out what the problem is so i was told it needed to be shipped to get fixed. I didnt have anything backed up. All i want saved are the pictures because i went to 2 events where i was the assigned photographer and i didnt get to save it to an external memory. Genius said that when shipped i cant give instructions like make sure to save the pictures and if they are unable to, call me if they should go on with the process. I was wishful thinking that to fix the problem they might not even have to touch the pictures memory part. I brought my MBP back home hoping it will miraculously starts and id be able to back it up but now all it does when i turn it on is the screen remains gray with the apple symbol and the circle timer below. The screen stays this way even if i leave it on for hours. Please help me fix this!!! cant i really specify to the technicians at apple to please make sure not to erase the pictures? Try this:
Open the iTunes app, select the Music tab, then scroll all the way down to the bottom. Here you can sign out of any current Apple ID and sign into a new one. Good luck!
And just in case there is another Apple ID linked to your account you can check at http://appleid.apple.com.

My ipod's voice control keeps coming up without me even doing anything and when I cancel it/it cancels itself, my music library starts to play. I have an app to listen to video songs on and it keeps on stopping because of this problem. My Ipod works at a very slow speed now as well, it takes ages to type and it doesnt move very fast either. I NEED A SOLUTION FOR THIS PLEASE!!

Is your home button damaged on broken? Try closing apps in the multitasking bar (press the home button 2x times)
Reset (Hold both buttons till the iPod restarts - no data will be deleted) and restore it (all data will be deleted - full restore!)
If that ain't helping, take it to an Apple Store.

Essentially, the bare issue is that you have a 500GB hard drive with only 10GB free. That is not sufficient to run the system properly. The two options you have are to move/remove files to another location, or to install a larger hard drive (eg 2TB). Drive space has nothing to do with SMC firmware, and usually large media files are to blame.
My first recommendation is this: download and run the free OmniDiskSweeper. This will identify the exact size of all your folders - you can drill down into the subfolders and figure out where your largest culprits are. For example, you might find that your Pictures folder contains both an iPhoto Library and copies that you've brought in from a camera but are outside the iPhoto Library structure. Or perhaps you have a lot of purchased video content in iTunes.
If you find files that you KNOW you do not need, you can delete them. Don't delete them just because you have a backup, since if the backup fails, you will lose all your copies.
Don't worry about "cleaners" for now - they don't save much space and can actually cause problems. Deal with the large file situation first and see how you get on.
Let us know what you find out, and if you manage to get your space back.

It certainly sounds like your harddrive is dying. I would Immediately backup your harddrive to an external USB or Firewire harddrive Before doing anything else. It just may save your data in time before you lose it all.
