I am struggling to access facetime on my touch

I cannot access facetime on mhy touch. I get to a screen that says verify my facetime account (I only have one username) and when I say next goes back to the sign in page?

Since updating OSX to Yosemite I can't access facetime on my MacBook Pro laptop a window pops up saying you cannot connect using my apple id, but I can connect to facetime on my iphone with my apple id, any ideas? anyone?

Après avoir fureté un peu partout sur le Net, j'ai pu lire que l’origine du problème vient du fait qu’Apple ait désactivé par défaut le support du « DHCAST128 » dans Lion (ne me demandez pas ce que c’est exactement, je n’en ai aucune idée). Cela étant, voilà le workaround (testé et fonctionnel pour moi, ainsi que d’autres utilisateurs) si vous avez le même souci :
Pour rétablir le support du « DHCAST128 » :
1)   Ouvrir un terminal ( /Applications/Utilitaires/Terminal)
2)   Tapez la commande suivante :
sudo chmod o+w /Library/Preferences
3)   Puis après avoir validé, tapez la commande suivante :
defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.apple.AppleShareClient afp_host_prefs_version -int 1
4)   Redémarrer votre Mac
5)   À partir du Finder, sélectionner un serveur AFP ou utilisez « Se connecter au serveur… ». Cela permet au client AFP de créer le fichier de préférences complet
6)   Relancer un terminal
7)   Tapez la commande suivante :
sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.apple.AppleShareClient afp_disabled_uams -array "Cleartxt Passwrd" "MS2.0" "2-Way Randnum exchange"
8)   Puis tapez la commande suivante :
sudo chmod o-w /Library/Preferences
9) Redémarrer votre Mac et reconnectez vous à votre NAS. Cela devrait fonctionner maintenant

Just got a notification that a new email acct was accessing FaceTime when we were not. Thoughts?

We were trying to download Pinterest App on a phone, IOS was outdated so after entering Apple ID we were unable. A couple minutes later, got a notification that a new email address was accessing FaceTime when we were not.

Change the password for your Apple ID/iCloud ID.
Did the message say what email address was used?

If you upgrade to Lion it comes bundeled with it!
To get it on your Mac Pro just copy the aplication from the aplication folder on your MacBook. You can do this via a thumb drive or over a local network connection.

No camera connected when accessing FaceTime

I used to have a camera connection automatically but, now when I access Face Time it states " no camera connected".

(Apple has changed the built-in camera's name on newer Macs from "iSight" to "FaceTime" and then to "FaceTime HD." Regardless of the name of your built-in camera, the same info and troubleshooting applies.)

My facetime is asking me to verify my email address but i do it opened the email and verified than i get an error message saying could not verify email please check network connection. but i am connected to internet what do i need to do to access FaceTime
