I am trying adobe Photoshop and adobe illustrator because I can't decide which one to buy so I want to try both, after I downloaded Photoshop I can not see the option "free trial" for adobe Illustrator, it is because I can only free try one at the time??

You can download both at the same time.
But you may wish to start off with one and use it full time, then download the other later, so you get the maximum possible time with both.

I tried installing the trial version of Adobe Acrobat XI Pro for evaluating the product.
I installed the Adobe Download Assistant and Adobe Acrobat XI Pro. After opening the application, the second day, I get the error that the trial has expired.
Now, I cannot use the trial version nor can I go back to using the Adobe Distiller (the default plug-in for the Adobe Frame Maker application).
I need to convert my Frame Maker files to PDF as it is my daily job.
Please help!.

Are you by chance already signed in with an existing Adobe ID? If so the Free Plan will be grayed out.
If you are not signed in the please try clearing the cache and cookies on your browser, or even try a different browser.

How do I set the options to check for newer versions of stored pages so I get a new refreshed version every time I visit a web page?

I can do this in IE easily but can't find any place in Firefox for this setting. Every time Firefox starts and/or I visit previously viewed pages I want Firefox to refresh the page. It used to do this before I downloaded a new version of Firefox within the past couple months. (I wish I had not installed the new version, I really don't like it as well and I lost features I used.)

I can find the download option for the Visio 2013 Professional version, but as we are likely to need only the Standard version I want to download the trial for this to ensure that it covers all that we will need it for, which I can't check if the only version

Hello all! I've been trying to download the free trial of Adobe Illustrator, but it won't even start to download. I have downloaded Creative Cloud as well as the updated Adobe Assistant, which is also not working. It should be noted that I am using my older sister's old computer. She had Illustrator on her Mac, but uninstalled every app so that I could have a more room on the computer. I wish she hadn't done that lol, but if you have any suggestions I'd love to hear them! . Later, I purchased on the PC I use at work with a Different email address than home. I have not been able to install at home. When I log in the email address is preprinted and I cannot change it to the other one that I used when I made the purchase. Also the time for the email that was sent when I joined has expired. I tried changing the email and password at home and have only been able to get access to another free trial.

If you are facing issue with changing the email address your Home mac computer, then you may try below steps once.
Click Gear icon on the top Right corner and Quit Creative Cloud App
Click on Finder and then hold Command + Shift + G keys on your keypad
It will open Go to folder window, type exactly ~/Library and click on Go
Then open Application Support > Adobe > OOBE folders
Delete opm.db file.
Then relaunch Creative Cloud App and check if you are sign in page.

This was so annoying!! It took me a good couple of hours but i figured it out, you need to do the following: Go to the folder where you saved the download (in my case i saved it in My Downloads) -> click on 'Adobe Photoshop Elements 12' -> click on 'PSE 12' -> click on 'Setup' (select the icon which is a box with a shield) -> follow instructions and....voila! You will need to restart when it suggests so save anything else first, then when it reboots you should see the icon on your desktop....hpe this helps!
