I am trying to activate find my iphone again and i cant
I already use it in the past. (Find my Iphone)
Some how i cant use find my iphone again, and i do all the steps so i can use find my iphone but it keep telling me that "No device" when i look for my iphone.
My iCloud its activate, find my iphone its ON.
what shoud i do?

We bought our son a used iPhone 4s almost 2 years ago. It was recently lost, but we were lucky enough to get it back. As a precaution in case it's lost or stolen again I'm trying to activate find my iPhone, but it tells me I have to have iCloud. But iCloud keeps telling me I have reached the maximum number of free accounts for this device. We have never had an iCloud account, so I'm assuming it was from the original owner. I have no way of contacting this person anymore because their eBay account is no longer active. The phone was factory reset when we bought it, and we reset it again today trying to see if that would fix it, but he lost all his stuff for nothing. We also updated the software. Is there anything we can do about this? Or at least maybe a different app that can track a phone that doesn't require iCloud? I don't know anything about Apple devices. Thanks so much!

Unfortunately once all the 3 iCloud accounts have been created on your mobile device, you cannot create any more regardless of what you do. You will need to re-use one of the accounts that you have already created or create your new account on another device or computer. -

My iphone was stolen, I used find my iphone app, and found that it was offline, however when tried locking mode option, I pressed remove device by mistake. Is there any way I can restore the iphone to my icloud/ apple Id again? No manual backup on laptop
The phone will automatically re-appear when it connects to the Internet. However, don't get your hopes up, as thieves know this & will make sure your phone never re-connects so you can locate it.

Find My Phone requires iCloud, which requires iOS 5.0 or higher. So, if you want to use Find My Phone, you need to update your phone. Follow the directions here:

Put in a request for another verification e-mail to be sent to you.
Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account.
Also check your Mail rules and filtering, the verification mail may be going to a junk folder or even being deleted altogether. You may also wish to contact your mail provider to see if their spam filters are removing the email before it gets to you. -
I blocked my ipad and then tried to use find my iphone to restore it but my ipad wasn't connected to the internet so it didn't work. Now it wont restore using Itunes either. How can I fix it because nothing works?!

I am trying to activate a second iphone, and itunes doesnt recognize that it is plugged in. This is also the case with my other iphone and my itouch. Tried restarting everything and also tried uninstalling itunes and reinstalling it, nothing has worked. Is there a way to fix this or another way to activate the phone?
Try activating it on a different computer, and using a different dock connector to USB cable if possible.
If that doesn't work, it may be a hardware problem. Take it to your Apple Store for testing. -
hello, i have lost my ipod (5th generation) and i have tried to use ' find my iphone' but it says my ipod is offline so i think its dead....what should i do?
No app is required.
- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up.
- You can also wipe/erase the iPod and have to iPod play a sound via iCloud.
- If not shown, then you will have to use the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.
- Change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod and report to police
- There is no way to prevent someone from restoring the iPod (it erases it) using it.
- Apple will do nothing without a court order

when trying to use find my Iphone says off line , suggestion is to switch on and off airplane mode , so are you saying when you have your phone nicked you should leave a note for the thief to do this so we can trace him?
