I am trying to cancel but your Chat is not working

I want to cancel my creative cloud - the deadline is tomorrow to avoid future charges, but the only way to cancel is through your chat and your chat button is not working, though it says agents are available. I've been trying for a couple days now and will be very upset if I can't get through to someone in time!

  • ITunes songs are in 2 different folders...trying to consolidate but "consolidate" button is not working?

    I have iTunes running normally and great on my Imac, all playlists work and various ipods synching properly.  I am planning to copy my entire Itunes folder to an external drive so I can recreate my itunes on another computer (I have done this before).
    In surveying my folders before the move, I checked the size of my iTunes Media Folder (where all of the songs should be) and it was only 24GB.  Strangely, I found that the remainder of my songs (190GB) are in a folder called "Library" which at the same level as the iTunes Media Folder within the iTunes Folder.  This could possibly be from me having had my original itunes library on an external driver years ago but no matter the reason, I would like to clean up the file structure and get the songs back to the iTunes Media Folder where they should be.
    In preferences I have both boxes checked for organizing the library. I then clicked Consolidate. They computer seemed to go through every song but after an hour everything remained the same.
    Does anyone know the best way for me to actually move those songs from the "library" folder back to the iTunes media folder without screwing up my playlists?
    Incidentally, it's the version of iTunes that would have been most current during summer of 2012.

    Consolidate copies files that are outside of the designated media folder inside it, connects iTunes to the new copies and leaves the originals behind. Occasionally file permission problems may prevent iTunes from creating intermediate folders for the path it wants to use and files can end up somewhere else the user can access, e.g. Library or Desktop folders. (N.b. my experience is mainly with Windows)
    Have you checked some typical entries in iTunes via Get Info > Summary tab to see where the file in question is actually stored. Perhaps iTunes is no longer connected to these particular files which is why nothing changed.

    Apple, as I said, does not repair your iPhone. All hardware service issues are handled by replacing the unit. So they can't handle the home-button issue without also addressing the issue of the cracked screen, for which they'll almost certainly charge you. But you can make an appointment at an Apple Store or call Apple tech support and plead your case.

    I am having the same problem for one song.  I've tried deauthorizing and then authorizing the computer but it doesn't work.  I can play the song on my iPhone and iPad but not my computer.  Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

    It would be helpful to know what version of Acrobat, WORD, and operating system.
    Without that info, I would suggest at this point to open your WORD file and then go to the print menu and print to file using the Adobe PDF printer. Open the created file in Distiller and see if you get a PDF. If so, check to see if AcroTray is running in the background.
    You say you tried many ways. It would help to know what you tried and what worked or did not work, and at what point the failure occurs.

    Download AA 9 Pro from http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html. Make a new backup for your archive. You might also take the DVD to your library to see if it is a drive problem. You might also carefully clean the DVD with water and soap (do not use anything that would scratch the surface or you have destroyed it for sure) and see if that solves the problem. This is particularly an issue if you have finger prints or other crud on the DVD. However, it could also be a bad drive as I mentioned. Hopefully the download solves your problem in any case (I would backup the download to CD and/or backup HD).

    Try perform below steps.
    Open task manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc  keys. Click on more details if the option available.
    Then end all Adobe related processes, including Creative Cloud and Coresync ( if running )
    Then hold windows key on your keyboard and Press R key.
    It will open Run window
    In Run window, type Appdata and click on Ok
    Open Local > Adobe folders
    Delete AAMUpdater and OOBE folders
    Then navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
    Delete Adobe Application Manager and OOBE folders
    Go back to Program Files (x86) and Open Adobe folder
    Try deleting Adobe Creative Cloud folder, if it is not allowing rename it to Adobe Creative Cloudold
    Download and install Creative Cloud App from below link
