I am trying to cancel my subscription to Acrobat Pro Subscription (One Year Plan)
Please help!
I have been attempting to cancel my Acrobat Pro monthly subscription and followed the steps but the window that says "reasons for cancelling" does not pop-up. I am using a PC and based in Auckland, New Zealand

I want to cancel my account. I purchased a product that had errors in it. Within minutes I tried to cancel the purchase, and Acrobat will not let me. Furthermore, there are security errors in my account that are unacceptable. Please cancel my account, my payments. I have called my bank and reported this as fraud.

As soon as the order is complete I shall get it canceled & refunded.
Regarding the account, do you want it to cancel the account? Please confirm.

Bonjour, je viens de passer d'Ind CS 4 à Creative cloud 2014 et je rencontre un pb au niveau de la conversion de fichiers Indesign en fichiers Acrobat .pdf et .pdf prépresse. J'ai reproduit les paramétrages que j'utilisais précédemment et pourtant certaines couleurs (CMJN créées dans mon doc Ind) ne s'affichent pas dans le fichier converti en .pdf. L'impression papier elle est correcte. Toute aide est appréciée !

Le pb viendrait plutôt du PC (nouvel équipement TOSHIBA) et de l’affichage du document .pdf. En effet, sur un autre PC, il s’ouvre correctement avec toutes les couleurs.
Je continue à chercher une solution.

The link given in the renewal email for Adobe Acrbat doesn't work and I can't find how to cancel this subscription anywhere on your site. Neither is there a easy to find contact us link. I have come to the conclusion Adobe are making as difficult as possible for us to cancel this subscription, driving me to use a public forum page to get an answer.

How can an organisation as large as your have a web site that doesn't work?
