I am trying to join wifi on my bt hub but it keeps saying unable to connect? Just got a replacement iPhone. Never had this problem before

Forgotten Restrictions Passcode Help
You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.

If you no longer need the backup of your old phone, delete it to free up the storage.

Make sure your 5c is running the same or higher version of iOS as the one you backed up. If it isn't you cannot restore the backup until you update the phone. Then make sure you are restoring the backup this way: https://support.apple.com/kb/ph12521.
You phone won't need to be from the same provider or have the same telephone number to use the backup, but you will need to be signed into the iCloud account that you backed up your old phone to.

Log in to your MyVerizon (verizonwireless.com) and on the Overview page scroll down to I WANT TO... in the third column of boxes, under DEVICE, the 3rd one down is "Activate or Switch Device". Click on that and follow the instructions. If there is an issue, it will instruct you to call customer service or you will be connected to customer service automatically. under UK legislation, if your are out of contract (and not owing the carrier any debts!) they are LEGALLY obliged to unlock you, and within a certain number of (few) days.. search OFCOM for the regulations.
That said, they are also entittled to charge you for this (usually about £20!)
I believe, that this can also be done via an APPLE STORE, but the first option is always the Origional Network carrier.
Orange has a terrible repuation now for customer service (which is just one reason they changed their name to EE!, and yes, this is fact which is why they came Bottom in several recent customer satisfaction surveys.. so they are not going to rush to help you leave them are they..)

Were you definitely connected to the internet at the time? If you don't have iOS 5 on your iPhone then the only way to update it would be via iTunes, once updated to the latest version of iOS you'll be able to update your iPhone without connecting to iTunes "over-the-air".
Before updating however it goes without saying to Backup your iPhone, this should happen by default upon connecting your iPhone to iTunes.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

I am trying to configure some new unsupervised iPod touch 4th generation using Apple Configurator but it won't give me the option to install the app that appears on the Apps tab.

I am trying to configure some new unsupervised iPod touch 4th generation using Apple Configurator but it won't give me the option to install the app that appears on the Apps tab. I have tested the to see whether it works in supervised mode and it does but in Prepare mode it won't let me tick the box.
Any ideas anyone?

Are you following these instructions.
Remove ALL cables from Apple TV. (if you don't you will not see Apple TV in the iTunes Source list)
Connect the micro USB cable to the Apple TV and to your computer.
Reconnect the power cable (only for Apple TV 3)
Open iTunes.
Select your Apple TV in the Source list, and then click Restore.

With your project open, click the Share tab and choose 'Send Song to iTunes...'
You will be presented with a menu to fill out. In the Compress option choose MP3.
Once done the song will be in iTunes. When uploading you have to choose from your playlist that the song is in.
