Hi Boss alboss,
Welcome to Apple Support Communities.
It sounds like you want to reset an iCloud account password. Take a look at the article linked below, it provides information and the available options for resetting the password.

I'm trying to create a new apple-id but when typing the email adress I want to use I'm told that the particular email adress is not allowed When searching I can't find same being used anywhere. How do I find out where that particular email adress is used so I can delete it there and use it for my new apple-id?
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
iOS: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
For how to restore:
iTunes: Restoring iOS software
To restore from backup see:
iOS: How to back up
If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.
You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
Also
If you have Find My iPhone enabled, you can use Remote Wipe to erase the contents of your device. If you have been using iCloud to back up, you may be able to restore the most recent backup to reset the passcode after the device has been erased. -
How do I create a new account and get stuff from the old account to the new account
How do I create a new account and get stuff from the old account to the new account
There are instructions on this page for creating a new account : Set up an Apple ID in iTunes
Or if you don't want to give credit card details : Create an iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store account without a credit card or other payment method
But you won't be able to transfer purchases from your old account to it, all content that you download from the store will remain tied to the account that downloaded it. -
HT1420 I tried to authorize my new computer and can't find the link anywhere?
I tried to authorize my new computer and can't find the link anywhere? Also iTunes only recovered the songs I purchased from the iStore, what about the rest?
If the menu bar is not visible, hit CTRL+B then Store > Autorize this computer
iTunes Store keeps a purchase history for your Apple ID and allows ypou to redownload purchases. Any other media add to iTunes from outside the store (CDs, etc..) are not uploaded to iTunes unless you have purchased iTunes Match. Those items you will need to add from your backups. -
I just got a new IPAD and transferred everything through the cloud from my old IPAD 2. The new one says "this IPAD is currently being restored. It has been that way for over two hours. Also, I Books opens and then closes right away with no content. Does it take this long, or is there an issue?
I also tried manually underlining a few things on the new iPad and when highlighting a paragraph, it would skip a few lines and the line would go through a few as well. Looks like a major iBooks glitch needs to be addressed here.

I have tried putting music onto it, and it puts it on the playlist, but when I disconnect, it isn't there. I have also tried creating a new user, and still get the error. Please Help!!! Thanx!
Your nano would really have nothing to do with it at that point. It is really something between iTunes and whatever server out there on the internet that it is trying to connect to for the update.
Try posting this one in the iTunes forum, they might have a solution for you.

Hi, I am using a MacBook Pro, and downloaded the new iTunes update. I have OS X Lion 10.7.4. It all of sudden is randomly cutting off some songs before the very end of the song. I've tried to read past posts and create new libraries and re-import the old one, but it doesn't seem to help. It is not all of my purchased songs, nor is it all of my downloaded from CD songs, it's just a particularly random set of songs (I haven't checked them all, but it happens every 5 songs or so when I play the whole library on shuffle). This never happened to me before with other versions of iTunes, and when I called the support line the guy says he has never heard of this problem before... !
I have 3000 songs, so I don't want to manually bring each one in again. I am also not super technologically brilliant, so if you have had this problem too and have a simple answer, please help !!!I have a similar problem with Itunes - the funny thing is it only does it on my Mac and not my PC running Windows 7 - seems strange the Apple software runs better on a Windows computer. There are other posts about this here on the forums that have been running for two years with no solution - and I was just about to buy a new Ipod - oh well.

How to sync iPhone to (new) computer and keep everything on the phone saved?
I want to put music onto my iphone (the music is on my laptop, and on itunes).
When I connect my iphone to my laptop it asks me to set it up as a new iPhone.
I cannot risk losing any of my data on the phone (eg. contacts, messages, notes, apps, etc).
The phone is connected to my icloud account, and everything is checked to be saved on icloud.
On the computer there is no option to restore from the icloud account.
Do I restore from the icloud account via my phone (and then will it sync the music onto my phone via computer?)? Or set it up as a new iphone via my laptop?
The end result I need to have is for the phone to remain the same (apps, information, contacts, etc.), except with my music (that is on my laptop) playable in the music app.
Thanks so much in advance for any help that could be given! If you haven't synced you phone with iTunes before the first thing iTunes will do is delete all iTunes media (apps, music, podcasts, etc.) from the phone, then replace it with the media in the iTunes library you are syncing with. Establishing syncing for the first time without losing your data has to be done carefully. This guide will give you the process for doing so: https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-3141. There is a related guide here as well: https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-3991. However, as covered in these guides, only music purchased from iTunes can be transferred from your phone to your iTunes library. Transferring music from other sources from your phone requires 3rd party software such as Touch Copy.
Other options:
If all your music is purchased from iTunes, it can be download directly to your phone for free without syncing (see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519). Another option to get your music without syncing is to subscribe to iTunes Match (see http://www.apple.com/itunes/itunes-match/). This will scan your iTunes library, match songs already in the iTunes store and upload any songs in your library not in the iTunes store, then make your entire music library (up to 25,000 songs) available to download from iCloud directly to your phone. (With iOS 6 due out next week on the 19th, iTunes Match songs can also be streamed to your phone without downloading and taking up space on your phone.) -
This is on my iPhone 5S. Updated to the latest software as well... anything I do in the app store requires my password even if I just entered it.
Sign out and back into your apple id from Settings>iTunes and App stores>(Your apple ID)>Sign Out and then sign in again with the new address. Close app store from running in the background (or restart the phone if your unsure how to do this). If when trying to update any apps they are still asking for the old apple ID, delete and re-install those apps.

I got a new PC and set up my iTunes library. Everything transferred from my iPad--music, apps, books. HOwever, my podcasts did not. Any idea how to transfer all of my podcasts from my Ipad to my new iTunes library? Thank you very much. :-)
If the entire iTunes folder was copied from the old computer to the new computer, then it simply works.
You can also try unsubscribing from the podcast and then re-subscribing.
There is no option to transfer media from an iDevice to a computer.
