I am trying to download Creative Suite for Windows and it is taking forever.
I just purchased Adobe Creative Suite and th programs that I selected are taking forever! Its been sittingon 0% for @45 minutes. How long will it take?

BTW the platform swap is for current version of Adobe software only, if you have older version then you may have to look for Cross-platform upgrade. -

Downloading Creative Suite 6- Design and Web Premium
I recently purchased the MacBook Pro Retina Display and the Creative Suite 6- Design and Web Premium. I received a physical copy of the disc, however there is not a disc drive in this computer. I registered the product online and have the serial number, but I do not see how to download the software without having to use the disc.
Since you bought a disk you will not have a download link available in your order history. Download the trial version from here or if possible copy the contents of the disks on a USB drive and copy them on your machine in order to install the product(remember to to copy the contents from the USB drive to the machine. If you try to install directly from the USB drive you will get an error).

when trying to download ipod reset utility for windows i get a message that the installer is intended for 32-bit version of windows. what can i do?
I assume you have tried everything here?
iPod: Cannot restore or update in iTunes with error 1415, 1417, 1418, 1428, 1429, 1430, 1436, or 1439
It doesn't mention 1442, but the same troubleshooting applies.
It wouldn't hurt to also try another available USB port on your machine and another sync cable if possible.
Lastly, try restoring the iPod on another PC or Mac running iTunes.
If you know of somebody with a PC running Windows XP still, ask them if you can download the reset utility and use it to reset the Shuffle.
