I am trying to download CS4 onto my new Mac computer. I don't have the original disk. Help please!
I can't find my original disk to download CS4. Is there another way I can download this?
Well, it certainly does. 10.10.3 just got released today and it looks nice.
I am downloading ADBEPHSPCS4_LS1.dmg which is the 1GB Photoshop installer.
DMG is Disk Image and that means double-clicking it will mount a disk as if it was your cdrom.
It may open and show an "Install Photoshop CS4" Option which you double click to start the install.
CS4 was before "Gatekeeper", so it may get stubborn and give you an "unknown developer" warning and refuse to launch.
In that case you right or ctrl-click on the installer and choose Open as if to say, "it's ok, just run it".
More when I see what's going on.

Would be much appreciated.The iphone is not a backup/storage device. The sync is one way - computer to iphone. The only exception is itunes purchases. File>Devices>Transfer Purchases
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for this very occasion.

I have looked up how to transfer CS4 from old mac to new by deactivating codes etc. I have my original serial code but don't have the original disc after moving house 8 times since purchasing. Can anyone help with where I can download this?

I am trying to download iTunes on my new desktop computer (Windows 7, 64 bit). It starts installing, and then stops with the message- "The System Administrator has set policies to prevent this installation." This is a stand alone computer and I am the sole user. Please help.

· Is the computer on a domain?
· Is the issue isolated to only this software or you get the same error message with other software’s as well?
Try the steps below and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Run the software setup file as an administrator and check if it helps.
a. Right click on the setup file of the software that you are trying to install.
b. Select “Run as administrator”.
Step 2:
Temporarily disable the antivirus software running on the computer and check if you are able to install the software.
Disable antivirus software
Warning:
Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you shouldn't disable your antivirus software. If you have to temporarily disable it to install other software, you should re-enable it as soon as you're done. Step 3:
a. Click Start, type "Local Security Policy" (without quotes) and press enter.

*Note: If you’ve activated “Find My Mac” or FileVault in OS X 10.7 or later, then you can’t enable the Guest account. The "Guest User" login created by "Find My Mac" is not the same. Create a new account in which to test, and delete it, including its home folder, after testing. -
I have Adobe Design Standard CS6 purchased 2013 with serial number but cannot find to download it onto a new mac laptop. When I try and add the 24-digit serial number to my account it doesn't seem to work?

i bought adobe creative suite premium actual cds, with serial yet when i put its serial in to redeem it and download it onto my new mac through your adobe site it says on your site it says my serial is invalid, when my serial is not, it is clear you adobe advertise you can use your old software on new apple computers but clearly this is not the case; forcing me and all to shell out vast amours of money just to use your products i have already bought????.......i will never buy your product again!!!!

Hi..............I have a new Creative Cloud registration and have bought the new Dreamweaver CC but I cannot seem to down load it? My Creative Cloud has downloaded but not my new Dreamweaver CC? I currently have the old Dreamweaver CS4 on my system! Can anyone help?
The first thing you need to do is download and install the Creative Cloud Desktop Application. Then, open that program and click on the Apps tab. You download and install creative cloud applications from there.
If your computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements to run a given program, it won't show up under the Apps tab.
Once they are installed, you'll need to go to your Applications folder (Mac) or Program Files (x86) folder (PC) to start the program itself. -
I am trying to download Itunes to my new Toshiba computer and it keeps saying Apple Application Support suspended and won't let me "undo" so I say no and it doesn't install....any options or a?
I suspect that you are saying that you can't download/install the latest version of iTunes.
All I can say is try removing and reinstalling the Apple software using the following:
Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7
If you have further problems with installing Itunes I suggest you post in the iTunes forum since you have an iTunes problem, not an iPod problem. Also report the wording of any error messages. What they say is importent on resolving them. -
