I have icloud and a new iPhone5 ! They work good , took pictures and a few short movies, plugged in my phone to my iMac transfered Items to iPhoto then inported items to iMovie. when getting to know what i was doing i decided to delete pictures and movies i no longer wanted. when i looked for a few missing items i opend Finder and there some where buyt i had already trashed them and deleted the doubles. Still could not find missing pictures and movies 3 items and today after calling yahoo about a different complant with sending feed back for Yahoo mail Applications login . i opened up Attachments Not the Large Attachments just Attachments and there were the 3 items i had been hunting for to Trash and delete. the mail Attachments file does not have the Option to delet Files and photos and movies. When i tried to Download the 3 items a window shows up that says Error While Downloading the Files, A Server Error has occured, please Try Again later. nothing works how do i remove the Trapped photo and movie Blank Files and trash them? Onece they get into my downloads i can do something with them as i understand. That part of it kind of keeps me in Question also because why should i have to down load my own files of Attachments / Pictures and movies if they are comming from my iMac? How much better is iLife11 then iPhoto08 and iMovie08 . Thanks Greg

I was researching the issue you are having and recommend a couple of things. First it might be a good idea to reset the device following iPhone, iPad, iPod touch: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting found here http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430
Resetting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't quite get the device going again, I recommend restoring the device.

Might even be a good idea to turn off the phone, reseat the SIM card, and turn it back on.

Hi Trying to download CS5 Design Premium. We have a copy on the Mac and want to put a second copy on the Macbook pro. Can download the file but when it is clicked the file give an error message "User access denied" and dumps the download. So hence I do not get an installation screen or a chance to enter the Licence no.

Trying to download CS6 design & Web premium suite but keeps getting stuck at 10.28%
I have tried to download CS6 design & Web premium suite over 6 time but it keeps getting stuck at 10.28%.
Please adviseI am having exactly the same error when downloading Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premuim for PC. The Adobe Download Assistant stops the download at 10.28% complete and will not go any further. I've cleared my cookies, tried different browsers (IE 10 & Chrome), I've uninstalled and reinstalled the download assistant. I tried Jeff's advice from the previous post (although that I think is more to help with troubleshooting after the software is downloaded.) I also tried restarting the download over and always, it stops at the same spot (10.28%) and will go no further.
I am currently running Windows 7 64-bit. Any help would be appreciated. -
Just downloaded IOS 6 and it disabled my favorite game, Bubblets Tllt. Restarted and no luck. Tried to download new app and it is gone. Tried to download from website off Safari and message it is no longer sold in the US. Please help. Apple owes me for the cost of this app. Plus Google Maps is infinitely better and that the download kicking it off makes me want to buy an android. And I am not alone is resenting this meddling in my right to keep what I originally purchased. What are they thinking?

Can someone please assist me. I was given an iPod 3G as a gift and I tried to download various apps and it told me that my iPod needs to be iOS 7 or more but I checked and my iPod is at its latest upgrade which is 6.1.6, how can I get those app?

You first have to download the non-compatible version on your computer. Then when you try to purchase the version on your iPod you will be offered a compatible version if one exists.
Also, if you have iOS 6.1.6 yo have a 4G (has cameras). A 3G does not have cameras and can only go to 5.1.1 -
Trying to download from iTunes and when I clicked on the Sync button, it indicates that it is waiting to sync. Then it comes back saying sync failed. What is the problem ?

are you using windows or mac?
what version of itunes are you using?
have you EVER been able to successfully sync with itunes?
what iOS version are you running on your phone?

I previously downloaded the AI 30 day trial but was able to use it before the trial ran out I've since deleted it from my laptop (Windows 7 64 bit OS) How do I get it back? Trying to download AI again and getting error code 3 some thing to do with administration permissions?
If your intention is to use the trial again it will not reset if you reinstall. It will remain in its ran out state.

I am trying to download an app and keep getting this error message: "Could not sign in. An unknown error has occurred. I have tried shutting down and restarting. I've tried changing the password. I get the error message with free and not free apps. Any suggestions on how to fix?Reports are that this is a problem with the iTunes Store that they're working on. Some people have had success after signing out of their account and back in. If that doesn't work for you, wait a few hours or perhaps until tomorrow and by then they may have the problem sorted out.
