II am trying to download Photoshop Elements 11 into my computer, I have other programs entered already. My computer will only allow a max of 29 digits and this sofyware is 30 digits. Help.

I have tried to download Photoshop Elements 10 three times now and it has crashed every time. I checked my settings and the format on my computer is Max OS Extended. I fear it's a challenge for Adobe's Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. Sometimes - for whatever reasons - CC (together with the Apps) doesn't "want" to work. In this case you should CC completely delete and reinstall by help of Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)

There's been a few of these today. I think there must be a problem with the redemption server and you probably just need to wait a while and try again.

thank you for your response, i appreciate it. there's definitely nothing wrong with the mouse or trackpad, both work fine in every other application....i can also easily change size dimensions in other programs on my computer so it doesn't seem to be that either. it seems like there is something weird going on in the way that pse and my mac are interacting with each other, just wish i knew what it was. thank you again, wish me luck!

I purchased a software license for photoshop elements 12. I started the process to download the software and provided the serial number on the download card. Since the serial number provided was correct, the download started and completed. Once installed the system started to install the software. Again I had to supply the serial number. This time the system will NOT accept the serial number. I entered it again. Not accepted. I tried it again, this time with dashes. Again the serial number is not accepted. What do I do?

I was running a trial version of photoshop elements 13 and after the 30 days, I decided to buy it. I bought the actual CD to put onto my mac computer. I am trying to install it now and the installation keeps failing. When I click on the error summary file it doesn't show anything except to say "system requirements." My mac is running Yosemite 10.10.2. Please help!! I want to use this program! I don't understand why I was able to use the trial with no problems but now can't download this!

You don't need to use the disk.
If the trial is still installed simply launch Lightroom again and license the product.
