I am trying to download QT 7 Pro,but it seems impossible!
As i try to end the buy,it keeps asking my area code etc. I am in Greece. I don't understand why.
Sorry, but QuickTime Pro keys are, to the best of my knowledge, available only through the online Apple Store and since there is no such store for Greece, I don't know of a way you can purchase QuickTime Pro unless the UK Apple Store would accept a Greek credit card:

If not, you'll probably need to get a third-party application. If you can let us know what functions you require, someone can probably make a suggestion.

Open the Mac App Store and go to Purchases. Do you see Final Cut Pro X listed?
If so, open a Finder window, choose Applications in the sidebar and delete Final Cut Pro X. Then, go to the Mac App Store and download Final Cut Pro X for free.

Okay so I'm trying to download Adobe Flash Pro. I've gone to creative cloud and downloaded "Flash Professional CC and Mobile Device Packaging (2014)" and I have no idea what to do afterwards... There's no way to open or run the file. And to be honest, I'm not even sure if it's the right download... Help!

I've also found direct downloads for the trial version and hit the set-up button, it loads up, and then nothing happens. -

That's between you and your internet service provider. By the way, you posted to the 10.3 forum. 10.3 can't run on your MacBook Pro. Don't forget the following facts:

A typical DSL connection has 1 Mbps speed or 128 kBps speed.
At that speed
1 minute gives you 7.5 MB
10 minutes gives you 75 MB
100 minutes gives you 750 MB
A typical cable connection can be 5 times faster although some are 30 times faster.
A typical fiber connection is 15 times faster and some are 50 times faster.
Ask what your speed is rated at. -

im trying to download itunes 10.5 but keep getting error message that says: There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A problem run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Yes, I had found a similar solution also. I'm running XP Pro, SP3. I went Control Panels/ Add-Remove programmes/apple software update/ change/ repair. Then run the 10.5 exe.
While the programme updated from version 8 of iTunes, my new iTunes is now a mess. Not all of my music was in the same folder previously but it all showed up on iTunes. Now many albums have been left out, some have only a few tracks and some have two copies of some tracks as well as having other tracks missing. I haven't begun to work on that. -

To install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time? -

Repair youe Apple Software Update.
Go to START/ALL PROGRAMS/Apple Software Update. If it offers you a newer version of Apple Software Update, do it but Deselect any other software offered at the same time. Once done, try another iTunes install.
If you don't find ASU in All Programs, go to Control Panel, Add & Remove Programs. -

What happens when you try to redownload them ? What you can re-download (the types of content that you can redownload varies by country) will show under the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes, and the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your iPhone (and similarly for apps in the App Store app). If you still have your old phone then you should be able to copy your iTunes downloads from it over to your computer's iTunes via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases
