I am trying to download the apps for Netflix, hbo go, pandora radio and xfinity tv. When I click on any of these links I get the message, "your request Could not be completed."

I can't even find the hbo go or Netflix app on ITunes or the App store. When I go directly to the hbo go website or Netflix website and try to download the apps directly I keep getting the message, "your request Could not be completed." after the message pops up I am then bumped to the App store. Does anyone have a solution?

As these are public forums (most of us on here are fellow users) I've asked the hosts to remove your email address from your post.
If you are also getting a message to contact iTunes support then you can do so via this page and ask them why the message is appearing (on these forums we won't know why) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

I got message: Your request could not be completed. The item you've requested is not current available in the HK store. when calling Featured inside iTunes Store

I just started getting the same thing (for the US), and apparently it is happening to UK customers as well.  Hopefully we'll get answers soon.

  • TS1424 Message "your request could not be completed...make sure computer date is correct and will accept cookies from ITunes Store"

Attempting to purchase music on ITunes Store which I have done for years, now get message "your request could not be completed, make sure your computer date is correct and computer accepts cookies from ITunes Store." I have changed nothing. Of course the date and time are correct and my browser accepts cookies.

Now the apple support team won't even e-mail me back. Not even saying no. This is rediculus.

  • HT5622 why do i get a message 'your purchase could not be completed' contact itunes support for assistance

I keep getting this message when buy credots for clash of clans on iphone through itunes which is tied to my credit card.

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
Did you follow the instructions in the message and contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support. If Apple have asked you to contact them, then the issue can only be resolved by them.

  • Store message - Your Request Could not be Completed

"The item you've requested is not currently available in the US Store."
I get this message the each time I click "iTunes Store" after starting up iTunes. Then the Home button takes me to the iTunes home page fine. After this, it works normally - until I close and launch iTunes again...
I've tried switching a different country but get the exact same message, except it refers to the current country.
Running 10.6.3 and all the latest updates as of May 27, 2010.

I have this issue too.  I sent an email and got a link to visit the community and find my answer here.  I'm NOT happy with the email I got.  I've been able to see my appleid and then click on Music or Movies but I cannot go to the home screen of the Store.  This is obviously something they will have to do an update for.  We aren't the only ones with this same issue.  I've seen more than one question/subject about this same thing.

  • "Your request could not be completed" (Clicking on Reviews)

A weird glitch in the App Store has suddenly appeared on my iTunes, in the last couple of days. Although selecting an app is possible, should you want to read the top 3 reviews underneath, it brings up this message:
*+"Your request could not be completed.+*
*+The item you've requested is not currently available in the US store."+*
This message used to be common when games were being altered, and were propagating in the system. It just took a while to come to the US store. But that's not what is happening. One can choose/download the game just fine, but the reviews and/or IDs of the reviewers are not accessible.
Anyone have an idea what's happening?

Hi there. I'm having this same problem when trying to read reviews for my own programs, and people are receiving the message when trying to rate my programs that have been in the store and rated previously. As it stands it seems people are unable to rate my applications. This was first noticed a couple of weeks ago.
I did attempt to file a bug report with Apple and have not received a response. Very frustrating.

I am trying to create a Send connector and it gets all the way through but then fails at Select Source Server.   There are no source servers listed.   Why does it not pick up itself?
As for the error I think this is related to IIS permissions somehow and here is how i have the bindings set:
    Default Web Site:
    http   80  *
    net.msmq   localhost
    msmq.formatname localhost
    net.tcp 808:*
    net.pile )
    https exssrv.cas.local
443 *    (With the SSL cert being the Microsoft Exchange built in one)
    Exchange Back End
     http exssrv.cas.local
    81 192.168.1.5
    http exssrv
    80 *
    net.pipe *
    https  exssrv.cas.local 444
192.168.1.5  (Bound to Microsoft Exchange ssl)
I am connecting to the site internally from https://exssrv.cas.local/ecp
Thanks for any suggestions.. I think I am almost there on the install!   Hoping!

    Hi ,
    Thank you for your question.
    This error was caused by the incorrect site binding, I will give a reference of my test Lab. We add two A records in DNS which the FQDN of CAS and Mailbox could resolve IP address.;
    Default Web Site:
    Exchange Back End:
    Then IIS must be restarted.
If there are any questions regarding this issue, please be free to let me know.
    Best Regard,
    Jim
