What is the exact error message you are receiving? Have you checked to make sure the connections on each end of the USB cable are nice and snug?

Trying to download update for Photoshop Elements 9.0

I received Photoshop Elements 9.0 with my Epson V500 Scanner and I want to download the update (9.0.3) and all I get is that the download failed to install.
What do I need to do to get 9.0.3 to install?
I have Windows Vista 64 installed on my computer with 16GB of ram

System info shows Elements Organizer 9.0.0.0.
Under Adobe help I found the following:
Application: Adobe Community Help
Installed Version: 3.2.1.650
Update Version: 3.5.0
It also has update available and then 2 buttons - 1 with Download Now and the other Download later.
Every thing reads Adobe Element 9 Organizer

Purchaed this phone in January and all was well until recently and I tried to update the apps that I have downloaded and every time I attempt to so, I get the message that everything I need to download I do not have no acces priviledges. It is possible that your anti-virus software is corrupting the downloaded files or otherwise interfering with downloading files by Firefox.
Try to disable the real-time (live) scanning of files in your anti-virus software temporarily to see if that makes downloading work.

Getting error when trying to download update for flash player with OSX 10.91

Trying everything to download update for Adobe Flash Player. This is maddening. I have tried uninstalling previous player and re-installing and checked my preferences. Can any one give me some instructions that are easy to understand. I keep getting an error when installing.

There usually is an Adobe flash uninstaller that goes through a process satisfactorily.
Did you get the Adobe Flash update from their
page, directly? http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Also note the extensive info at Adobe link below.
If you are having trouble, or Safari is involved, if
you use a different browser, such as Firefox, etc to
get that version Flash update. There's another thing to
look into, in Mavericks, that older OS X didn't
have, that may affect installation...
In System Preferences, find a Flash Player preference
under "Other." Click on the Advanced tab and then "Check
Now" in the Updates section. An available new one
would be installed. There is a similar issue/answer

My husband and I are using the same iTunes account on all mac & pc computers, but the libraries are different on each machine. We always manually manage our music (no auto sync). iTunes is up to date on the PCs. My husband uses our joint iTunes account on his pc, but once again, has a different collection in his library from those on the other machines. He can't load any music from his PC to his iphone 4. I can load music from my mac library to my iphone 4s, but cannot load from my pc library to my iphone 4s. How can I switch my main library that it syncs with from the mac to the pc?

As time goes on and mobile operating systems evolve the no Apple devices will lose their ability to run Flash too. Web developers need to move on to cleaner, more efficient types of programming.

I also can't call the helpline because it won't let me leave this screen on the phone that says "Your iPhone could not be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailable. Again, Apps will always be tied to the account from which they were purchased and will always have to be updated using that account.
Always, mean exactly that, always.
If you want them to be on your account then you need to buy them using your account.

I get an error message when I try to update the Raw 7.3 update for Premiere Elements 11 and photoshop Elements. It says to run support adviser which I did, but it says that it could not detect any problems.
