I am trying to download whatsapp on my iphone 4 when I hit the redeem button it shows I have $14.73 in my account, but asks for a code. I tried my itunes card code but it says it was already used. How can I tap into my account to pay for the app?

It asks for my apple id and password and when I sign in , it gets me to a page that says redeem ...when I hit redeem it shows I have a $14 balance in my account and asks for a code - I tried entering the itunes card number...it says it has already been used. How do I tap into my account to pay for the app?
It says at the top under Redeem after I touched that:

Today while driving home from vacation i purchased and downloaded the new Nichleback CD, when i got home, i plugged my phone into my computer to update everything and it pulled up a message saying something like "this computer has recognized an iPhone that is in memory update, you will need to restore the phone" or something similar to that, it had a picture of the power cord plugging into iTunes on the screen and i couldn't get rid of it, so i had to plug it in and restore everything, when it was done i noticed that not only did i loose the new CD that i had just purchased today but i lost all of the music that i've purchased since the last update. How can i restore this music without purchasing it all again?
Media should be included with the backup of the computer that all users should be creating on a regular basis as part of basic computer/data maintenance.
In the event that you do not have a backup (stop being lazy.... keep backups of YOUR data and other important files)
If you are in the US and running iTunes 10.3 or later, it is possible to redownload music via iCloud from purchased history.
If you are not in the US or for some reason cannot run iTunes 10.3 or later, contact iTunes customer support and ask very nicely for the opportunity to redownload the content. They are not required to provide this opportunity.
It is also possible to transfer content from an iDevice that was purchased via iTunes. On the new computer, sign into the iTunes account, authorize the computer, connect the device then select File > Transfer Purchases.
The simplest method of all is to transfer or copy the media (and other important files) from the old computer or the backup of the old computer. Typing "move itunes library" into the search bar here or into google will reveal step by step instructions on how to do this. -
My iPod nano first generation says serial was already used when it hasn't been
I went to go apply my first generation nano for the exchange program and the serial number says it has already been used for the program when I know it hasnt been. My support warrenty is already expired so I apperently have to pay to call them which I dont want to waste money on. Anyone else have this issue? Or any suggestions?

I am unable to download Adobe reader to update my system as I only have version 7 on my computer. Normally I would be able to download direct from Adobe and my system would update but when I try to download a message bar appears which states on the left hand side "additional plugins are required to display all the media on this page" and on the right hand side there is a button which states "install missing plugins". When I click on the button a dialog box appears which states "no suitable plugins where found with a message next to a manual install button "unknown plugin(application/getplusplusadobe16299)
You can try using this tool to first remove all traces of Reader from your computer:

Then, you can download the full offline Reader installer from

After downloading, restart your computer and run the installer before doing anything else. -

Where did you purchase it? Sometimes if you use a typo you may pull up another card.
iTS can see who redeemed it, but they may not give you details. Did you purchas this second hand or what?
