Is there another site like that? I'm only fourteen so
I can't sign up. :(I don't know a clone yet.
The site is a commercial one, they hope to scout talent.
Just a more unusual way of job agency. :)
Why not mail them, and ask for a account with restrictions?
I for example live in Europe, so I can only apply in non rated competitions there (thus for fun), perhaps they can arrange this for you.
Or ask them for permission to set up an account with increased age (to get in) but non US site (to stay out of competition rankings).

  • How to find out what version of Adobe/Flash Access you're running

    To find out what version of Adobe Access server you’re running, do this:
    1.          Unzip (or unpack) your flashaccess.war file (it’s just a zip file)
    2.          Navigate to: \flashaccess\META-INF\
    3.          Open “MANIFEST.MF” and look for “Implementation-Version” for something like 3.0.0296
    4.          That is your Adobe/Flash Access version#
    cheers,
    /Eric.

    When Pages is running, select Pages > About Pages.  The latest version that only runs on OS X Mavericks is 5.0.1.

  • HT204088 i have charges on my bank account, trying to find out what they are for so I know which kids to collet from - we have 5 apple ids so not real

    I have bank referance numbers but can not find anywhere online to type them in, I have tried 5 different apple customer service numbers and either get told to go to the website or get hung up on - ??? can anyone tell me where I can go or who to call to find out what these charges are for

    You can view an account's purchase history via your computer's iTunes : log into an account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.
    Or you can view the last 90 days purchases on an account, and optionally contact iTunes Support if there is a problem with one of them, via http://reportaproblem.apple.com
    There isn't a site/place where you can type in order numbers.

  • I have an ipad1 and I am trying to find out what kind of kindle I have.  How can I tell if I have the kindle touch?

    My kindle on my Ipad does not seem to be working.  I am trying to figure out what is wrong?  Any ideas?

    Have you tried closing Kindle the app completely and seeing if it works when you re-open it ? From the home screen (i.e. not with Kindle 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Kindle app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
    If that doesn't work then you could try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

  • How to find out what type of trigger (restricted/unrestricted) you are in

    I wonder if anyone has a trick to find out whether a program unit can detect whether it has been called by a trigger which allows restricted or unrestricted built-ins.
    I have a program unit, which is called from WHEN-VALIDATE-ITEM triggers in the application, as well as in, say, a Popup Menu Item. The procedure currently doesn't have a parameter indicating where it was called from.
    The challenge is to see if, inside the procedure, I can do a GO_FORM if and only if, I'm allowed to.
    Ideally without:
    1. Adding a parameter to the procedure indicating where it is called from;
    2. Kicking off a timer.
    I was hoping something like
    BEGIN
    GO_FORM(<form>);
    EXCEPTION WHEN OTHERS THEN NULL;
    END;
    would do it but no such luck.
    It would be nice if there was a :SYSTEM.CURRENT_TRIGGER or similar.

    If it is simply a Go_Form you want to do from the WVI, then I would create a procedure something like this, and call it from the WVI and from a when-timer-expired:
    Procedure P01_Go_Form
       (Form_Nam in varchar2 := null,
        Mode1    in varchar2 := null) is
    Begin
      If Mode1 = 'WVI' then  --called from validation trigger
        Pkg0.Go_form_nam := Form_Nam;
        Create_Timer('P01_GO_FORM',20,No_repeat);
        Return;
      End if;
      -- This part runs if called by any other process --
      Validate(Form_scope);
      If not Form_Success then
        Raise Form_trigger_failure;
      End if;
      Go_Form(nvl(Form_Nam, Pfg0.Go_form_nam));
    End;

  • Trying to find out what processes are executing in Win2k

    I am trying to determine if a given background process is running in Win2k. It is a device driver I use for communications that does not create a window, so I cannot use the vi's that look for window names. Obviously, the program name does not show up in the toolbar, either. I know that the Win API has functions for getting this information, but the Microsoft site is horrible for finding stuff unless you know specific keywords and I haven't had any luck finding my information there.
    Thanks in advance,

    Probably because the single url was broken up by my news poster into 2
    lines. If you combine the 2 lines into one you should be OK.
    Another option, go to http://msdn.microsoft.com and search for
    EnumProcesses. That is the API that lists all processes. The other (longer)
    url is to a page the describes how to use the api (with sample) and
    describes some wrapper functions in PSAPI.DLL that makes it easier. One
    thing to note is that this API will not work on Win 95/98/Me. For these,
    there is another option, but I can not rem
    ember what it is. I suspect if you
    search on msdn you will find something.

  • I am trying to find out what internet sites my kids have been viewing but they keep deleting the history, is there anywhere else it would be stored?

    I am a bit worried and want to keep an eye on them to ensure they are safe.

    I'm with macjack, but if they were surfing long enough for Time Machine to run a backup, then you can find the older histories in Time Machine.
    They are in ~/Library/Safari.
    Go to their home folder, Enter Time Machine, then type cmd-shift-g. Type ~/Library/Safari and click Go. You can go back in time an view the History.plist with QuickLook.

  • HT203167 Hi there. I downloaded an audiobook for the first time and I seriously can't find it anywhere!!! Please could you help

    Hi all.
    I decided to purchase Lee Evans Audiobook last night! I'm new to this kind of thing this was my first!
    The problem being is that I cannot find it anywhere, let alone listen to it!!!
    When I go in to ITunes and select the audiobook it states that it has been downloaded... Please help one confused incompetent person haha

    If you downloaded it on your iPad then have you checked to see whether it's in the Music app (iTunes on the iPad it just the store, it doesn't contain your downloaded nor synced content) ? When you have audiobooks on an iPad you will get an Audiobooks option under the More button at the bottom of the Music app.
    Note that audiobooks are currently a one-time only download from the store (so they won't appear in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app for re-downloading), so you may want to copy it to your computer's iTunes via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases so that you can take a backup copy of it - it should copy over to the Books part of your computer's iTunes library.

  • How do you find out what application is generating a plist file in your preference folder?

    I have had two similar warnings come up in Drive Genius 3, a program that I use to manage my drives.  The warnings occur during a daily verification of preferences on my main drive, a 256GB SSD.
    They state:
    "The preference file at '/Users/me/Library/Preferences/com.analogsolutions.Football.plist' may be corrupted."
    "The preference file at '/Users/me/Library/Preferences/org.machinedevelop.National.plist' may be corrupted."
    Per Drive Genius' advisement, "Corrupted files can cause appplication crashes and should be moved to the Trash." I delete the files, however they are regenerated each day.
    Q: How do you figure out what application is generating a preference file?  And is there a way to tell if this is a OS generated preference file?
    I have searched online and cannot find any information about either Analog Solutions or Machine Develop nor am I able to discern what these particular .plist files are for...
    Q: Are these two .plist files truly potentially harmful?
    Thanks for the Help!

    Hi Everyone, sorry for the late response.  I have been monitoring my Preferences Folder; every moment I am on my computer trying to catch what application/process generates these files.  I was hoping to try your suggestions, but oddly enough the offensive .plist files have not returned since the last time I deleted them about a week ago.... strange...
    In any case, I have responded to some of your suggestions and questions that I have information on:
    X423424X wrote: Ok, can you double click the .plist file?  If so it should attempt to launch the Property List Editor (in your Utilities folder).  That way you can look at stuff in the plist.  Maybe (hopefully) there's something in there that can shed some light on who is creating it.   If Property List Editor cannot open the file (some apps create files that have the .plist extension but don't actually create the proper XML format -- probably what ProSoft was alluding to) then try opening it with a text editor.
    The .plist file when opened in text editor contains a string of (what to me seems to be) an arbitrary list of numbers.
    Linc Davis wrote: Those files have been given obfuscated names so you won't know what created them. They must contain encrypted registration data for some third-party commercial software that you use.
    Yes, seems likely...
    Linc Davis wrote: It should be fairly easy to find out what application is creating them, if you really care. Move the files to the Desktop, then log out. Log back in while holding the shift key as you click the "Log In" button. That will prevent your login items from loading, among other things. Open your account preferences and launch the login items one at a time by double-clicking them in the list. After each one, check to see whether the files have been recreated.
    Ran through login, one by one, no luck in identifying the application(s).
    X423424X wrote: Another thought, lock the plists on the hope that whatever is using them will "choke" and complain about it (no guarantee that will work but worth a try).
    Thanks, the lock idea is the one I will try next if they ever reappear...
    X423424X wrote: Also, I don't recall if I asked this but if those plists are deleted while logged in will they be recreated during that same login session.  Or do they only appear after you deleted them and then and then logged out and back in?  Or do you have to reboot to recreate them?
    Unfortunately I do not know for certain.  Though from all my login/startup/reboot tests I believe that they are not directly linked to starting up the machine or loging in either.
    I'm not really certain why the .plist have not returned.  I haven't uninstalled any programs, though I did run a couple updates for some widgets within the last week; however that was about 3 days after I deleted the last set of .plist files and usually they reappered everyday.  In any case, given that they have not been regenerated I guess my problem is solved per se, at least I am no longer getting that annoying warning everyday.   Still, it's a bit of a mystery
    Thanks again for all the help!
