I am trying to insatll adobe and it only gives me option to save not to run?

Are you sure you are downloading the correct version for your computer chip and OS?
You can save the file and then run the file if the file is an executable file compatible with your system.
Are you trying to download an update file and not the install file?

Hi i'm trying to install itunes and it keeps failing.

when i try ot install itune or Quickplay i get the following error:

Copying the program over to a new machine will not work. Install it using installation files and activate it using the serial number assigned to the license.

Right click the Live Messenger icon in the system tray where you see the clock and choose Exit.
