I am trying to install FlashPlayer update and am told that Dashboard Client is running and must be Quit to install FlashPlayer.

Where can I find Dashboard Client?

Nope, the AppleID is a email address and a different password from the Admin account name and password you setup on the machine when you first got it.
So use the Admin name and password, if you don't know what it is.
If you only have one user (it's a Admin) set up on the machine, then look in System Preferences > Accounts for the name.
If you need to reset the password to a new one, hold the command and r keys and restart the machine under the Apple menu.
A new type of screen shows up, select Terminal and type resetpassword and press enter, follow instructions to reset your password.
(If on 10.6 Snow Leopard, use your 10.6 disk, reboot form the disk holding the c key down and look under the Utilities menu for the Password Reset Utility.)

Trying to re-add UPDATE and DELETE default buttons to a form

I created a maintenance form by copying a form I use for inserting rows into a table. I deleted most of the form's default buttons.
Now I'm trying to add the UPDATE and DELETE buttons to the cloned maintenance form, with no luck. When I look at the source
for another maintenance form, the update button shows the following code:

In the PL/SQL Button Event Handler for UPDATE button select 'Update' and write the following code:
doupdate;
and for DELETE button select 'Delete' and write
dodelete;
You don't need any code in the OnClick for these buttons.

empty the trash, both on your Desktop and the Aperture Trash,
Delete files and folders you do not need
Move files to an external volume.
There are utilities that let you find large files, like Omni Disk Sweeper, but that is not a free application.

Sounds like it is hanging when you exit and later try to restart Firefox. Generally, the cause is an Extension or a Plugin.

I think it's safe to say that FCPX wasn't tested throroughly for use on anything.
with that out of the way, there are many variables as to what might cause your problems, but I don't think it's the mac mini as long as it meets the specified minimum requirements (especially the graphics card).
You might try creating a camera archive first and then importing from that.
The other issue might be the file format itself; you might need to use Clipwrap first. Maybe someone who has the same camera can chime in.

Open iTunes and they said there was an update. 10.3.1 I tried to download it, but once it starts installing, I get an error message stating "errors occured while installing the updates. if the problem persistes, go to tools and download manually." So I did that, so it tries to install and now i'm getting that an error has occured with quicktime and iTunes needs quicktime. I have quicktime on my computer already, should I reinstall it? I have a similar problem. the error number is 2330.
That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.

Windows 7 instructions in the following document: How to use CHKDSK (Check Disk)
Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards?
