The cloud icon means that the songs are only in the cloud, they aren't stored on your iPad. You can turn off the showing of songs that are in the cloud via Settings > iTunes & App Store > Music (under the 'show all' heading) 'off'. If you want to some cloud songs to show but not all then you can hide the ones that you don't want via your computer's iTunes : iTunes Store: Hiding and unhiding purchases

My friend let me pre-order an album from the iTunes Store using his Apple ID but each song that hasn't been released yet has a cloud with a red arrow pointing down next to it. What does that mean? Try this. Go to Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Show All>Music>Off. See if that gets rid of the songs with the cloud icon on them.

I have an ITunes account. I got it when I got my IPOD. I've thought about upgrading, but I didn't see any reason to buy a newer IPOD because they all come with so much stuff I don't want/need. I don't have my current IPOD filled yet and I really don't need an IPOD Touch that has capabilities that my Droid already has. I'm not sure if they could tell you but you could try contacting Apple for assistance by going to https://expresslane.apple.com, then click iTunes>iTunes Store>Purchases, Billing & Redemption. You will need your serial number, which you can find in Settings>General>About.

According to your descriptioin, I don't think this is system problem, it should be Intel driver problem. It would be contact Intel to confirm this issue whether this is their driver problem.

Thhere is no way that iPhoto did that - either source put the data on the photo, you used a photo editor to put it there or the receiving e-mail client is displaying it there - iPhoto has no capability to add any text including dates to a photo
iPhoto will display the date on an event while viewing photos if you have that option set in the preferences

As long as don't have any metadata attached to the broken files which you would like to preserve...
You could use iTunes Folder Watch with its option to "check for dead tracks on startup"

Create a playlist called Found, select everything in Music and drag it into the Found playlist. Create a smart playlist called Lost matching All the rules Playlist is Music and Playlist is not Found. Your lost tracks will be in this playlist. You can delete them all with a Ctrl-A to select them and Shift-Delete to remove them.
You can then delete the Lost & Found playlists.
If there are ratings, play counts etc. attached to the broken links, but you've since reimported the files from another location then I have a script called FindTracks that could probably repair the broken links, and another called DeDuper that could dedupe and gather up the stats while preserving playlist membership etc.

SOLVED for me: I've just solved this problem while looking for another problem at the same time. My App Store wouldn't load, and one solution was to go to Utilities > Disk Utility and repair permissions. Not only did the App Store come back, but my iBooks downloaded perfectly. I suppose we should all do this as maintenance from time to time.
