I purchased several episodes of a TV show. I don't want the HD version. It takes up too much space. So I have the regular version. For the last two years I tunes has been trying to download the HD version. I get so frustrated with this, I barely use Itunes at all.

Once an item enters your download queue, you can't delete it. You can let the download complete and then delete the unwanted item. Or, contact the iTunes Store Support Team to have them remove the item from your download queue. Contact the here: https://expresslane.apple.com/Issues.action

I'm making an AIR app to play a video locally. It is on a PC with no internet connection, so the video (fv4) is included with the air install file. Is there a size limit for how much video can be included in an AIR file? I seem to get the "...file is damaged..." error when I include a video over 200mb. I use Flash CS4 to create and AIR is v 1.53.

I'm authoring in CS4 on a MAC with the latest OS and 4GB ram. It plays fine on the Mac. On a WIN7 PC with all updates and 4GB ram I get the errors if the air file that contains a video file over 200mb. I heard that AIR 2 should solve the issue and that it is just a PC issue.. Maybe... I have not tried using ADT to package the file.

I just purchased a ipad2, it would not work on my MacBook 10.4.1 I purchased and installed OSX snow leopard 10.6.3 downloaded and installed the latest itunes, set up an itunes account, purchased some music and apps. When i plug in my ipod it shows up and works, but when i plug in my new ipad the ipad screen comes up with a display of a cable and itunes but does not show in devises, i have tried all the resets and different USB ports with no success. Any ideas short of selling it on ebay or buying a new computer?

If you've already tried the usual rebooting of the computer and ports and stuff, there is only a few things left I can think of. It's possible that when you updated iTunes it didn't fully replace all the files, so I suggest just manually removing iTunes and then reinstalling it.
Try removing iTunes manually first http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1224 then download a fresh copy, make sure it is 10.3.1
It is essential that you go through Finder to remove those files it mentions. Otherwise they won't be reinstalled when you run the installer again.

What happens when you click the "Download" button for Mountain Lion? Do you get any response (error messages, etc.) from the Mac App Store?

You're not using the fast tracks midi out you are using the analog/digital audio.
But go to garageband preferences > Audio Midi and I'm guessing you have the wrong output set. Choose the output that you are using, I'm going to guess built in.
And make sure the fast track is set for audio input.

If the external drive can be seen at all in Disk Utility, follow the instructions for repair here.

You must have a payment method in your iTunes account, even for free content. It is used to verify your identity. See: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534 for information on how to create a billing method if you don't have a credit card.

We use the same account but her itunes has different songs on than mine. I have the receipt to show I purchased so can I download it without purchasing it again. I've been trying to download Bridge and the CC manager app keeps telling me "Download Error. Retry to try again or contact customer support." I can't get Bridge to download at all.

I also had system issues a couple of weekends ago. I had to restore my computer. Once complete I reinstalled iTunes and then set all of my backup files in place (I back up my iTunes folder everytime I purchase something). The problem is, everytime I click on anything I purchased, movie or song, it tells me I am not authorized on this computer. I also am using just one computer and have been using the same one for the last couple of years. I attempted to deauthorized my system by following the instructions here in the forum plus instructions found on the site. After aproximatly 30 minutes I gave up on entering my user name and password over and over and over again. Do you know of anything else I can try? Thank you for the assistance:-)
