I am trying to reinstall Apple iTunes on my windows Vista but i receive a "Runtime Error" window

I am attempting to reinstall iTune application but I receive a "Runtime Error" message.  I am on Windows Vista

I would check out the steps in this link, they'll guide you through a way to resolve the issues you're encountering when trying to update:

If you do end up having to uninstall and reinstall (step 2), make sure you do it in the order the document advises, as that can effect the outcome.
